Hey, So, just after 4:30am (GMT) UK Time 17th March 2018.... we hit refresh for the last time and "The forums are closed" I was shaking so much my body still aches! That hit harder than i ever imagined it would. To know that 15 years of memories, love, experiences, stories and life, just got locked up like that, leaves me feeling really quite devastated. Such a weird emotion, so powerful and overwhelming. I feel tired, exhausted, i have barely slept at all this week, like really few hours. This shit is all consuming. So now, how do we take this forward?... How many people will check in regularly? I hope you all managed to download all your pics and save offline files or screenshots of threads that made you smile. Signing off for today. Hoping I wont feel so empty when i awake. Bx  |

We will have to make here our new home. We can share as many memories as possible. I have found even the pp fb page has awoken the past to so many good times.

Need to look at this now as the start of a new era. The chance to make this bigger and better than the old site. It will take time but it can be done

I was an “in and out” member, life would get busy and hectic and I’d realise I’ve not been on for months - even a year. But then I’d remember and come and have a look and lurk for a while, catch up on anything and then be on my way again. I don’t have the memories some of you have, I don’t feel so emotionally upset. It just feels different to be somewhere else. But I want to make lots of memories, I want to look back in x amount of years and reminisce. So let’s just make this place all homey & start again. In something they can’t just shut down because it’s not their priority anymore.  |

Do you guys think she will sort it out? Honestly, no. I think it all came down to Yngwie in the end and was out of any of our hands. She might be trying to sort an alternative, but it seems final. I’d love to be wrong. |

I’d love to be wrong. I agree I think it's gone now. Would be nice though if she or her management at least acknowledge the fact don't want us just being left in limbo indefinitely. If it's not being saved then so be it but please let people know so we can all move on. Be nothing worse for the guys who've put effort into this page to get it up and running if in two months time it comes back and then this place just folds. If this is the future then fine just let us know where we stand |

This suuuuucks, I never thought that I could be so attached to a forum. I'm secretly hoping that there's a way to fix it still, but then again, Yngwie pulled the plug and I'm not sure there's a way to undo that.😭
