A few thoughts from me; JLF was perfect, Try was perfect - she's haaaawt(!), WAU was perfect - the dance and the ending made me lose it! LOOOOOOOOL I was in tears making baby sounds, hahaha. Walk me home felt pre recorded at first and then cut to live on stage... or maybe I'm the only one who got that impression? Plus I don't like when she walks like that, it makes me nervous for some reason and I barely hear the song. So I didn't think whatever happened made the song justice, even if it was fun. JGMAR was a surprise - I didn't think she'd do it. I was sure she'd do JLAP or GTPS instead. Who was the dude anyway? Some UK person? However it's her time to shine and she totally let him shine, and she does that cause she's amazing person but I seriously don't give a fuck about him so not necessary at all, plus every guy that ever tried to do something good with that song has failed. Sorry boys. But yeah I was EXTREMELY surprised how good this performance was! Haha i’m pretty sure you know a few Bastille songs. And they are really cute live so give him a bit of love!

Maybe they should have tucked WMH at the end there instead.

Agree about WMH probably being prerecorded but it was cute seeing everyone from the band and all.

Noone said it was bitchy i just meant this performance is really not great to judge him but then again as you said one can only fail trying to do this next to her lol.

Yeah, I know but I'm not gonna give him love if I think something else. That's what I meant There's just no point to try acting like I think differently when I don't. Anyway it doesn't matter, it was ok and she was happy and everything else was perfect and waaaaaaaay better than I could have imagined it! So I'm EXTREMELY happy with this

I thought it sounded just like the song itself I just found it quite bizarre that it was all her old hits and then was like 'oh btw I have a new single that I don't really want anyone to notice

I loved the whole dance/interaction with the lights and water. Did she do something like that on tour? I want to see it in person! It was amazing. She is channelling 2006 with her hair and the leather jacket - stunning. Love that style on her. She looked so good and so happy which instantly made me happy. I am kind of torn on the song choices - don’t kill me, but it felt a little shouty at times. Maybe I’m just not a fan of medleys. Definitely not a fan of Bastille. Regardless, I am immensely proud. She is the one. 🙌👏

Well, the whole thing was to celebrate her career, so in fact it's not to promote a new song. The fact that she did it that way was sweet, I liked it.
She's not really promoting the album either, she didn't mention it. She only mentioned the upcoming tour, which there are still tickets for. This was the purpose of the performance, plus the fact that she hasn't done proper high profile UK promo in a loooong time.

It just suffocated her for some seconds there. I'm happy it was just a short moment but still it made me freak out a bit because I thought "FIX IT!!!!!!!!!" Agree with you completely. I wish she'd done JLF, WAU, JGMAR, TRY, WMH, even if WAU dance is powerful and amazing.

It'd still be a celebration of her career if she'd sang the new song last and made it a little more bigger of a deal.
