Since tour ended i keep waking up between 5 and 5.30 am every day (alarm 6.10am).. While i dont sleep before 11pm/midnight or later.. I need more sleep

Looked at the time.
11:20
Fuccxcxxkkkkkk.
I was supposed to be at work two hours ago and we open in 10min.
I panicked.
Then I realized it’s Thursday not Friday.
Back to bed.

So many things remind me of this summer. I just saw a curb and some plants, and a walkway, And it reminded me of part of our bicycle path in Zurich. :] I like that. Obviously it’s all on my mind like constantly.  |

I’m a dweeeeeb.....
So like....
I was on a ticket website, about to buy tickets for the Portland Symphony. They are doing what they did last year and showing a Star Wars movie and having the Symphony play all the music live while the movie plays.
Super cool last time.
Last time was the original film, this time it’s The Empire Strikes Back.
Anyway, whatever,
I’m being a nerd and going.
I found a ticket like 6th row, “Row F seat 4” for $45 plus fees, totaling $51 after all charges.
The Symphony is weird, the seats closer cost less and the further back higher up cost more.
That’s fine, I’m always in concert mode and wanna be close 🤣🤪🥳
So here’s where I’m being a dumb nerd weirdo.
I looked and Row R, Seat 2 and it’s available.
I almost wanted to buy that, even though it’s a seat I’d like less and it’d cost more (it’s like $74 after fees).
I considered buying it, just so I could have seat R2..... Artooooo.

Drowning myself in music after hospital visit. Need me time to proces things.. N then nothing is better than trainride and music in my ears on max volume and i love the suggestions Spotify comes up with #newmusic

I honestly don't know what to do about this anymore. I think.. I think I need help. I can't stop this on my own. Damn me for ending up this way. I never imagined that I would. Not this way. Not losing control like this. I know I have a choice, but the shitty system left me with no other choice but to try to cure my misery all by myself. I'm scared.
