I cannot remember the last time I didn't go through the day without having at least 3 or 4 drinks. I admit I might have a problem and I hate it so much I feel like drinking because I hate myself for it. Why am I doing this to myself.

For a fraction of a second I thought it was March.

Do you ever feel like the future holds so many horrible possible outcomes for your life and mostly for those you love that you just dont even want to go on living in case you cannot protect them from all the bad? Life is so scary sometimes.
