My thoughts:
Really good ballad. Her voice sounds excellent on it. My only issue is a small part of the bridge in which it’s only her quietly singing, she still sounds very polished and I wish the rawness of When Were Through was there. I also think it deserved a bigger buildup, really wish the last chorus had a full band.

Just heard it. i have 1 negative and 1 positive to say about it.... My negative is...for godsake ANOTHER ballad  come on, we need more uptempo. why all of the ballads?? My positive is...i love it. i actually feel teary after listening to it. it wont help i didnt get tickets today and its a sad ballad lol. but i can really relate to it with shit ive been through in my life But did we really need another ballad?? |

Snore, yes, another ballad, but like someone else said, let's enjoy her ballad era while it's here. I'm grateful to be hearing new music from her.
