So it was the presale. No GA section/pit. The front row tickets are 1540$ (1200 USD) at Montreal. Sections 300-400 (far far away) are 350$-400$+. I dont know if its the same thing everywhere, but fuck it. These are VIP and Platinum tickets. Maybe the "normal" ticket will be less pricey during the general sale.
I know that operating costs are higher but come on... Pink will make a lot of money 💰.

How are families with young kids, parents working regular jobs - who have bills and stuffs, supposed to make this work? They are gonna half to spend a months rent to make this work. Then you see articles and numbers and headlines stuff like this: Live Nation Turns in Record Quarter as Touring Business Booms Third-quarter 2022 revenues were $6.2 billion — 66.8% greater than the same period in 2019.that's a NICE way to spin it I guess.... Why not just say "we are charging you every last penny we can squeeze out of you?" and call it what it is. I don't think its so much just better attendance, its inflating pricing (TICKETMASTER PLATINUM - ETC) its so frustrating. I'll be fine, I have shows coming up, but I really don't know what young fans are supposed to do. Its sad. The touring / live music industry as a whole. Reel it in, make tickets non transferable, don't allow Ticketmaster / LiveNation price gouging. I understand big tours cost big money, but the industry is taking advantage of it.

As a huge Springsteen fan, I was crushed to see that he entered the scalping profiteering racket with platinum priced/scalper priced tickets and am now just as sad that P!nk is doing it as well. There was a time when I got floor tickets for a reasonable price and he took measures to prevent people from scalping, which made it easier for actual fans to get tickets (on a few tours, you didn't get paper tickets, you scanned the credit card you used to buy the tickets at the entrance to the arena, you got your ticket receipt printed out there and they sent you right in). Seems like they just said, screw it, let's see how much money we can make.

I wonder if the Texas shows would look better if the prices were reasonable. Expecting 250 dollars for the very last row on the floor at a football stadium isn’t acceptable.

If Springsteen is any indication, those prices in Texas will plumet closer to the show. $200 tickets were going for $25 the week of the show. Unfortunately, I live in the Mid-Atlantic region and those prices are not coming down.

I’m not expecting the prices for the LA show to go down, but if they do, can I get a refund for my tickets and then buy better tickets for a cheaper price?

But at MSG the same tickets are running for over 1,000.

When prices start off this high, you kind of take your chances that the prices will stay the same or go up when you purchase your tickets. I doubt they will go down for LA.

I'm so disgusted by these prices, what the actual f-- is happening? (That's a rhetorical question lol, it's ✨capitalism✨) Even gigs in Europe have become crazy expensive and I dread the day when Pink announces a European tour. I already can't afford Summer carnival, so this will be my first time/tour not seeing her live in 16 years. The excitement about a potential new tour is just gone for me because I know I won't be able to go anyway. Really disappointed.🥲

Prices have already gone down for LA. I'm in the second (I think) highest level up. But now the price that I paid is for the level below it. The LA show is still at least 50% available, so a dramatic lowering of prices isn't impossible IMO.

Yeah, I had not thought about the fact that she is in football stadiums which has a massive capacity that drives the demand down. It's really the arena shows where prices are spiking.

I have never known TM to offer refunds unless a show is cancelled. Here is their wording on it: "Please note that all sales are final, and refunds are only allowed in limited circumstances, as explained in our Purchase Policy.":help.ticketmaster.com/s/article/How-do-I-request-a-refund?language=en_US
