So I just can't figure this out. Could someone please tell me how to post pictures? I've tried numerous different links from image hosting sites. I've tried adding the link to the "Insert Image" button here on the forum. Nothing.
What am I missing?

You must post the bbcode for forum directly into your post (not using the insert image form) OR enter the direct link to the pic (i.e. not a gallery or viewer link) into the insert image form. The result should look like e.g. [ img ] imagename. jpg [ /img ] (without the spaces).

I use the insert image form and it works. I upload my pics to tinypic. Also if you want to post something from Twitter or Instagram, it's enough to just paste the link here.

For example, I get this link when I use Imgur. imgur.com/a/F0p4pNothing happens when I put it in the Insert image box. I've tried bbcodes before that have looked exactly like you describe it but they don't show up either, even though I post them directly into the post, not using the insert image box. |

When I have to put a picture I after choosing it, I copy the link address of it, then I click the button to insert the link and delete http:// and then paste my link. It usually works for me. |

Imgur is bad for this, but on a pc you can right-click on the pic and select "copy link address" which leads to this: i.imgur.com/MRQcqgF.jpgIf you put that into the add image box here it looks like this:  |

If it's the latter you probably just have to touch the pic for like 2 - 3 seconds, there should be a menu popping up where you should pick "Copy Image Location", then paste that link here in the add image box. I hope that's not too much Chinese for you ... |
