I totally respect your opinion and i actually love that she is outspoken but my personal opinion is that her statement was unnecessary and aggressive and she has to accept the consequences now. What goes around comes around i think this is not really a “what goes around comes around” situation as i said but anyway i just don’t understand what you are saying she has to accept the consequences. I am not trying to be mean or anything i just genuinely don’t see what you mean. Like she shouldn’t whine about people hating on her and sending her death threats in interviews? Or shouldn’t write songs about it? Because i think otherwise she really just doesn’t care and has enough fans, as i said earlier these people were never her fans to begin with. With the consequences i meant that people post negative comments on her instagram pictures and on the pictures of her collab partners. I feel like she gave these people what they wanted, an excuse to write even more bs about her.

But i can still see why she doesn’t want to shut up about these things even if it was the easier way. I don’t think her image is suffering though, she’s always been labeled the “outspoken rebel”. Ah well. Maybe it dies off with time passing.

I was honestly afraid to listen to the album yesterday, because H2BH was so bad, I really dislike it. Its only only album I never revisit, not even one song. I feel like, for me, liking a song also depends on where I am in my life currently, emotionally mostly. I am at a happyish place relationship wise so big love ballads doesnt do much for me. Try This is in a special place in my heart even though it was her worst reviewed album. I love it. Because that was when I was a preteen and discovered her music for the first time. I listened to the album twice, and I don't know why she said its her best work, because its not. Excuse me but Im Not Dead? The Truth About Love? Like come on. Her voice is clear, but I, personally miss the raspiness of it (I know it went away when she quit smoking which is a great thing, dont get me wrong.) The lyrics have been weaker lately...the past 3 albums. I wonder if anyone else feel this way. Songs that I like: When I get There Long way to go - Stand out at the first listening, one of my favs. Hate me - My favourite, old school Pink sound. Lost Cause, and Turbulence are ok, I think they will grow on me. The other songs I find kinda forgettable and boring. I'd prefer more upbeat songs, or rockish, angry ones. I did not have a lot of "fun" while listening to it, if that makes sense. Ballads are not for me personally. I feel like she was sleepwalking through H2BH I disagree and completely respect your opinion! That's kinda what she did with this project. Like I said I'll have to revisit listens to some tracks that I'm not overly crazy about. It usually happens that way for me upon 1st listens of her newly released albums.

I’m fvcking proud of her for speaking her truth. People act like she said “fvck off and don’t listen to my music if you’re pro-life”. Which she didn’t even say. She said not to listen to her music if you think “the government belongs in a woman’s uterus” which is very different. She is speaking up for women to have bodily autonomy and I 100% support her. She doesn’t give a shiz about being the most popular and I love that about her also. And good riddance to having lots of conservative folks at her shows. I went to her show in Charlottesville, VA on the BT tour and it was…something else.

Hi everyone, I may not be active her at all but that doesn't mean my love for P!nk went anywhere.
I spent the weekend listening to Trustfall and I'm glad I did. If I was writing my reaction after the initial listen I would be expressing disappointment. The album grew on me. To be honest, it's still growing and I hope it'll grow more over the next while. I still can't shake the feeling that the album is just... the same old same old what we got from her - it hurts me to admit it. I'm not saying she needs to reinvent her sound all the time, but she seems to be comfortable in where she is and doesn't want to push outside the boundary which I think is a bit sad because out of everyone she could take a risk or two - didn't stop her back in the 2000s with I'm Not Dead of Funhouse.
Anyways, so many songs on the album grew on me like Lost Cause, Hate Me, Last Call and Long Way to Go. Runaway is also enjoyable, and Turbulence too.
I love P!nk and always will, I think she released this album just to go on tour and that's where the songs will come to life and their full potential.

That's not just an opinion when you tell those who are not agree with you to don't listen to your music. I meant that when I said "unnecessary". But this is just my opinion (probably an unpopular one, sorry). She has the right to tell whatever she wants, but everything has consequences. Thats my opinion as well. I dont have a problem with her saying what she believes in but she basically told these people to f*ck off. Wasnt she an advocate for not spreading "hate"? She didnt even want to say f*ck anymore since Willow was born… But whatever I just wanted to say that its on her to say what and how she wants to.

I think a good album has lots of good songs on them, not necessarily cohesive but just good music on. It. I’ve yet to find a perfect P!nk album where there are no skips. But I’d definitely say some are have more than others. Same. Although what defines a skip? There are many albums (Funhouse, TTAL, BT, H2BH, and Trustfall) where I like every single song, I just can't listen to them in any situation. Some songs I have to be in a certain mood to enjoy. Others just make me feel too much for me to want to listen to most of the time, but I still think they're good songs. The only albums where I don't have every song on my playlist is CTMH (one song not added although I only really like half the album), M!sundaztood (Catch 22 and Dear Diary are left out), Try This (feel good time is left out; Hooker is a skip and oh my god is usually a skip), and IND (I have seen the rain isn't on my playlist only because Ive never really given it a chance--Will do so soon). For me, I can't even choose a "best" album. I think that IND, TTAL, and H2BH are the best contenders for the "best" spot but truly it just depends what you're looking for and what you value. For me, they're all great and I really can't choose a favorite. Least favorite is CTMH, but I'm starting to like the album a lot more. A skip is a song, I have no interest in playing. ooooh. Ok. This is fun. Haha CTMH - Let Me Let You Know, Do What U Do (even though I adore the lyrics), Love Is Such a Crazy Thing Miss - Title track, Respect Try This - Tonight’s The Night I’m Not Dead - Runaway, I Got Money Now, Conversations with my 13 Year Old Self Funhouse - One Foot Wrong, Bad Influence, Funhouse, It’s All Your Fault, Ave Mary A Truth About Love - Slut Like You, Here Comes The Weekend, Home Come You’re Not Here Beautiful Trauma - Revenge Hurts 2B Human - Can We Pretend, Courage, We Could Have It All, Love Me Anyway, Circle Game, The Last Song Of Your Life ^although I don’t enjoy most of that album now that I listen to it. I’ll have to wait on TRUSTFALL. By this, it would say Try This or BT are my favourites, but it’s M!ssundaztood because that album hits me right in the soul. But I’d say Try This has the least skips for me.

why unnecessary? its her opinion and great that she doesnt hold back just because of "middle america".
btw every album/song is a grower if you listen to it X times
Okay, so is a 'good album/song' one that has to grab you immediately, and anything that takes repeated listening is just your mind/taste levels playing a trick on you? That's silly. That's like saying true beauty is only physical, or true love is only at first sight. Please be mindful not to completely undermine people's opinions, k? Thats not what I was saying so your comparison is way off. But its a fact that at some point you start to like or be okay with every song if you listen to it as long as you „need“ to. And it works faster when you like the artist. I wasnt undermining any opinion. Please be mindful that your not my mom or dad to talk to me like that, k?

The only song I don’t love that much is title track and Courage but I still really enjoy them.

My issue is that you're kind of minimising what a person's improved perception might be of a song after repeated listening. Yes, you become more familiar with a song after repeated listening, but even die-hard fans will skip the songs they dislike. I rarely go back to many of her songs, no matter how many chances I've given them. So, I think my comparisons were pretty fitting because some songs/albums/people/personalities need time to sink in before they can be appreciated for what they are, versus what you expected.

The media and obviously political pages decided to make the picture and just say 'P!nk said if you're pro life, don't listen to my music' to spark and reaction and have these gullible internet clowns fall for it and they did. When people even correct them, they don't listen because they only choose to hear what the want to hear. If she would've agreed with the rove v wade thing, it would've sparked a reaction. Same with Pfizer. You can't win.

I didn’t say much here since it came out. I’ve listened over and over and over on repeat, all day, without fail. My conclusion is this: what I like, I REALLY like. What I dislike, I REALLY dislike.
My favorites: TRUSTFALL, Runaway, Last Call, Hate Me
I really like: Turbulence, Long Way To Go, Feel Something, Never Gonna Not Dance Again, Our Song
I’m alright with: Lost Cause (mostly because the EQing on the vocal gets very jarring at certain points)
I REALLY dislike: Kids In Love, Just Say I’m Sorry, When I Get There
She as a person is very unfiltered, unedited. She should not edit the music and she also shouldn’t be so precious about only releasing once every 3-4 years. There is a ton of unreleased tracks out there and they’re all loved by fans. The common thread? They’re rejected by P!nk. It’s hilarious! She’s making exactly what we want but it’s not getting released.
The way I described the album to friends when I managed to hear it a few days early is that if you picture IND/Funhouse/TTAL as a trilogy, BT/H2BH/Trustfall also seem like a trilogy to me. It’s a good album, but I hope this vibe ends here. I need just a little more to sink my teeth into musically. This album is vocal-heavy for the most part, she doesn’t let any music shine through for more than half of it, it’s just supporting her vocals and trying to guide a familiar melody. I need a guitar solo, I need live instruments, some hard hitting drums, I need interesting music samples, I need her TO DROP the country influences, I need an album with zero features. There is a bit of a disconnect between the studio recordings and the live performance musically that I do not understand how she doesn’t see.
The artist that performed River so ferociously on stage, the one who covered Smells Like Teen Spirit, the one who made Bohemian Rhapsody her bitch… is the same artist that recorded Kids In Love. Like… what? And more importantly, who for?
Regarding some of the comments here about this album not being made for stadiums, I get it… but also, she said she’s looking forward to performing Runaway. That + the singles makes 3 songs on the setlist. There is room for one or two more songs, it should flow just fine. I hope she picks Hate Me and Last Call. At a stretch, add Turbulence or Feel Something too.
Anyway, sorry for that long unorganized essay. STREAM TRUSTFALL!!!

Like… what? And more importantly, who for? I don't think that's a fair point. The Alecia that gave us Kids In Love is the same Alecia who gave us Crystal Ball, The One That Got Away, When We're Through, Love Song, all of that. I was hoping though, with US politics, for this to be an angry album. Hopefully the 2024 election is ruthless and she's fired up then. irrelevant gave us that, and I loved it.
