I still believe that the announcement is related to the venues that announced the tracklist. And I still think it’s a Trustfall Tour and that the Summer carnival tour (which was supposed to be last year) was delayed and kept. Yupp! |

A bit off-topic but I've gotta say, I really don't like the Summer Carnival title/concept. I feel like she's done this kind of theme to death, and something more thematically-aligned to the new album would have been stronger. it is really random. remember it was announced randomly last October before NGNDA and the album was even announced and we were all like eh??? and also like you said, her 2010 summer tour which i got to see live was called 'Funhouse Summer Carnival Tour' so i found it weird it was the same name just without Funhouse.
i am kind of thinking the same as cal in that i think this tour was meant to maybe be in 2021/2022 [not 2020 because she already said at the end of 2019 even before covid hit she was taking 2020 out to have a break after touring in 2018-2019] and it had to be postponed but she was contractually obliged to do it. But then the other thing i dont get is in the AIKSF documentary she clearly showed how tiring she found doing a world tour with her kids and so i thought this time she would be understandably pulling back and not touring as much. Bút then suppose its probably easier now as on the BT tour Jameson was only 1 or 2 year old toddler wheres hes now 6 year old. But then Willow was 7 / 8 year old and it was clear at times she found it difficult being away from school and her friend so thatll be the same now for willow and also Jameson. so its surprising a bit shes touring so much this time because i expected her to pull back this time [btw im a bit worried this sounds like im criticising pink, im absolutely not. its just an observation]The thing is it seems a huge tour because it’s stadiums but it also means she can tour the world a lot quicker! She did stadiums in Europe last tour as well and could basically tour Europe and UK in just over a month! Whereas TTAL it would be 2-3 months of arenas so I think this does help her. The tour will be shorter because she’s performing to double the amount if not more each night. So now to do this in every leg she’s hopefully going to find it easier that way. And by her emrecent interviews the tour is going to be amazing, so I’m excited. Even though I’d love another arena tour!! |

Other than announcing new dates, I don’t know what it could be. Also, i'm pretty sure it will be a different show. |

I could go off on a limb and hope the announcement is the Beautiful Trauma Tour DVD!!!! i would love that, but 1. i dont really see why they'd wait 4 years later to release it and 2. i wouldnt call a DVD release a 'big announcement' when all itll be is a tweet saying its out on blah blah blah and some links where you could order it |

Also it’s confusing. Having two tours in the same year, one at stadiums and one in arenas is like 🤯 What?! Yeh. For that sake, I hope that's not what the announcement is about. Could it be another Apple TV kinda special? By the way, I totally get that they had to lock in a name for the tour, including artwork etc, before the album title was announced but... Summer Carnival? Meh. Here's hoping that the tour program is Trustfall-themed including those stunning new photos seen during the tracklist reveal. |

I've just seen this too. Pretty vague response and they've tagged P!nk fanpages in the comments too 🤔 if you did a review and it was negative, would you tag fan pages? Tbh I couldn't care less what people think, majority of these people probably don't even listen or let alone like her so why does it matter lol 🤣 there's critically acclaimed albums that I've listened too and they are utter crap so it's all down to opinions I guess.
