So she's doing another album release party on the day of release at the Edge NYC. It'll be acoustic and a Q&A will happen.
At release parties is the entire album usually played? Was there a release party for H2BH or BT?

I just had a random thought today about the special announcement although I still hope it's a Trustfall Uk/US arena tour. Remember last October when Taylor Swift released her album Midnights it dropped that night then later that day she surprised dropped the 3am edition with 7 more songs. That could be it ??

Didn't someone suggest a Vegas residency? But I think that would be still too early to announce (if it's really that) seeing that she'll be touring the globe for the next 2 years. But what I am REALLY hoping for is an announcement for the new You+Me record... I can dream...  |

NGL I hope the announcement isn't a residency in las Vegas. She isn't the type of artist to be glued to one location, let alone in America, where they don't appreciate and respect her enough. She's a global touring act, and she constantly expresses how much she loves it. I hope it's an unexpected announcement, but I do have a feeling it is tour related. Either way, it's exciting 😁. 7 days everyone!

I don’t think it’s a deluxe version, she wouldn’t make us that excited for that. yeh suppose that wouldnt be classed as an 'announcement' plus Taylor just surprised dropped it and what would be the point in teasing it? it must be tour related then. But what i dont understand is people think its US related because its a US number which made sense to me, but shes already got a US tour later this year. Then i thought aw maybe this summer carnival tour is a warm up for the Trustfall world tour for 2024 maybe...but then yesterday she announced shes contining the Summer Carnival tour in 2024 which threw me off. So i really dont know. i honestly cant think of anything else it can be other than a deluxe edition of the album or tour related. i mean, it cant even be a vegas residency as someone mentioned as shes got tour dates now booked til March 2024. |

I still believe that the announcement is related to the venues that announced the tracklist.
And I still think it’s a Trustfall Tour and that the Summer carnival tour (which was supposed to be last year) was delayed and kept.

I feel like she's done this kind of theme to death, and something more thematically-aligned to the new album would have been stronger. it is really random. remember it was announced randomly last October before NGNDA and the album was even announced and we were all like eh??? and also like you said, her 2010 summer tour which i got to see live was called 'Funhouse Summer Carnival Tour' so i found it weird it was the same name just without Funhouse.
i am kind of thinking the same as cal in that i think this tour was meant to maybe be in 2021/2022 [not 2020 because she already said at the end of 2019 even before covid hit she was taking 2020 out to have a break after touring in 2018-2019] and it had to be postponed but she was contractually obliged to do it. But then the other thing i dont get is in the AIKSF documentary she clearly showed how tiring she found doing a world tour with her kids and so i thought this time she would be understandably pulling back and not touring as much. Bút then suppose its probably easier now as on the BT tour Jameson was only 1 or 2 year old toddler wheres hes now 6 year old. But then Willow was 7 / 8 year old and it was clear at times she found it difficult being away from school and her friend so thatll be the same now for willow and also Jameson. so its surprising a bit shes touring so much this time because i expected her to pull back this time [btw im a bit worried this sounds like im criticising pink, im absolutely not. its just an observation] |
