I was missing a thread like this. I have become a TV show maniac with the years and the list is long. And I like to believe I have good taste when it comes to scifi/fantasy shows at least  First of all let me praise the smartest and best comedy TV show of all time, Arrested Development (2003). It's the show that started the trend with the single hand camera and although I like Modern Family, Veep, etc, I just feel like they are just poorer versions of AD. You can watch it 5 times and there will still be jokes you didn't pay attention to the first times. It's the only show I know of that got cancelled and then later became massively popular. Almost everyone is my favorite character, but Lucille is my fave. Ellen's wife, Portia, is hilarious as well. There's a new season coming soon!   Scifi/fantasy: GoT, Expanse (I want to read the books), Battlestar Galactica (has become a cult show. Imo, this show started the scifi/fantasy golden era we are in now), Orphan Black, Handmaid's tale, Twin Peaks (It started as a crime, but ended up as scifi, lol. Thankfully, besides one little thing, the new season was amazing), Black Mirror, The Leftovers, The 100 (started as a cliche show and suddenly the quality of the show skyrocketed), Les Revenants, Lost, Stranger Things, Westworld, DARK. Other shows: Damages with amazing Glenn Close (How to get away with murder, a copy of Damages, WISHES it was as good), South Park, Veep, Godless, Rupaul's drag race, Chewing gum, The end of the fucking world, Glow and since I'm from Norway I have to recommend SKAM which was genius by making instagram and facebook profiles for the characters. Clips were released every day which then together made an episode, so it was like watching the show in real time. It's coming/has already started in Germany, Italy, France, USA, etc. It became an unexpected massive hit internationally. I am now watching Altered Carbon and Breaking Bad. |

I started to watch, with my sister, last september all the season of Grey's Anatomy and we're currently watching the last season of it. I've watched also Orphan Black (that talk about clones), Sense8 (I should finish the last season), The L Word, Dr. House, Chicago Fire/PD/MED, Kyle XY and I want to watch Game of Thrones and Orange Is The New Black.

My favorite show from the past few years is probably Better Things on HBO. Man I cried when I watched the last scene in the last episode of season 2. And it wasn't even sad. It was just so good. Pamela Adlon is such an inspiration. Other two favs on HBO are Insecure and Little Big Lies. On Netflix I love e.g. Lovesick and Please like me. Right now I'm watch Las Chicas del Cables, mainly to practice my Spanish but I'm getting hooked  |

I forgot to mention Black Mirror, which is great and sometimes dangerously close to reality. Stephen King praised the show on twitter and he's usually trustworthy when he recommends a show like he did with The 100.

Watching Fargo atm. Binge-watched The Sinner a few weeks ago. Big Little Lies was awesome too. Great soundtrack.
