We went to Paris last week. I came home having a cold. My husband start having one too but because he really feels bad...I don't...he went to doctor today. She thinks it's the flu, so took test for flu. If result tomorrow says tomorrow it's no flu, he needs to go in quarantaine and he needs some other tests. But then me also needs to go in quarantaine and undergo all the tests...and our children. I really hope it's just a flu. Paris isn't considered as risky place. We'll see tomorrow.  Awww. feel better all of you.... im sure it’s nothing serious, but good at you for being careful. so many people here are wearing masks, which they say really does NOTHING to protect you and in some ways puts you at higher risk. but yah, my point is it’s a visible thing that you can see everybody’s panic. 😬 |

The virus is officially in my neighborhood. Schools got the advice today to not let other people than students and teachers into schools. Normally we meet parents on Thursday, we leave for Paris, Barcelona and Rome with several students. It seems everything need to be cancelled to protect ourselves as teachers but to protect our students. World is fucked up, isn't it? |

It's really scary for the moment: Belgium is cancelling a lot of things.  Venues closing doors, all sport competitions cancelled for a month, libraries closed, swimming pools...universities try to teach online...I expect the schools to be closed soon...and I have the feeling it isn't that bad. Must be a wrong feeling  ...government won't do this for nothing  |

Venues closing doors, all sport competitions cancelled for a month, libraries closed, swimming pools...universities try to teach online...I expect the schools to be closed soon...and I have the feeling it isn't that bad. Must be a wrong feeling ...government won't do this for nothing there are also lot of new extraordinary measures for me in Quebec (not for Canada yet. Same country, two realities 🙄). No events with more than 250 people. Isolation of travellers returning from abroad. Our prime minister hope that Canada will close the U.S. Border. I also have the feeling that they will close schools. We only have 13 cases in Quebec, no death. I don't know if I should be afraid. Maybe yes. 😞 |

Maybe yes. 😞 I thought we have around 200 cases...that's last number I read somewhere...and unfortunately 3 died. Now there is a rest home with 35 cases. So sad if you know they are most vulnerable. |
