You think you are buying a lanyard and getting a free digital copy of the album..... Official records count it as you buying an album and getting a free lanyard. And it makes a great tour memorabilia. It's just gonna get them through the door, to use the toilets, buy beers and merchandise, before the main crowd. Not even necessarily into the main arena. They aren't gonna give people with a cheap lanyard entry to the Wild Hearts standing pit before people with $500 tickets. And the rest of the crowd have allocated seats, so definitely a bit of crowd control and extra sales of merch etc |
