Hiya fam,
So by now we all know that a new single (Walk Me Home) is coming in 2 weeks, followed by the new album (Hurts To Be Human) in April...
When i saw this this morning... my first thought was "Fuck, did i just essentially miss BT Tour, because i didnt fly to US or OZ last year"
Then i thought "No, my tickets still say Beautiful Trauma Tour"....
So, how do we think this is going to change the tour?
- Replace a few covers with HTBH tracks?
- Just make the show a bit longer?
- Finish BT Tour, take a break and then tour HTBH?
.... Maybe we will get a European HTBH Album Launch since she hasnt been over here for a while ....

ive been thinking the same tbh lol. first and foremost, im ecstatic we're getting a new album so soon and I cant wait. I didn't expect a new album til at least 2020. But, it kinda doesn't make sense lol The tour starts up again on 1st March but HTBH isn't released until sometime in April but ive just looked at the tour dates and shes touring all through April with no time spare til 22nd May. So how is she gunnna promote it. plus this upcoming leg runs from 1st March to 22nd May and im looking at the dates right now and theres only 2 or 3 dates in between each date! So apart from the fact of again how is she gunna promote HTBH but she only has the choice of including HTBH songs right from the start of the leg which means we'll hear at least 4 or 5 songs from the new album weeks before it gets released, or wait til the new leg. but thatll mean doing like 3 weeks of shows after releasing a new album without including any new songs which would be really odd. And like you said its still called Beautiful Trauma tour, is it gunna be renamed HTBH tour halfway through??
most importantly though, I am so happy we're getting a new album so soon......even though it does make no sense whatsoever haha

I don’t think it matters anymore, truly. People can drop random singles and albums whenever. People don’t do press tours like they used to. She’s touring, she’s P!nk, that’ll be most of the promo taken care of. I’m sure she will do whatever she can in between and do most interviews and photos in bulk like BT - which will be vetoed until ready. Both albums are along the same vein in name - so I don’t think the title of the tour matters a great deal. It hurts to be human because life is a beautiful trauma. 🤣

Also, best way to promote it is to throw it in the face of the right audience, which she will stand in front of many times during that time. So word of mouth big time, besides digital advertising and Spotify lists etc. Promo doesn't have to involve her and interviews too much if her time schedule is packed, even if it is a nice way to do it. |

I don't think she would change up the tour much since it is built around a theme and locked down. Maybe she will swap out 1-2 songs like you guys mentioned, but I don't see her make any major changes. Maybe we get lucky and the HTBH tour will follow soon after the second leg of the BRT tour. Though I'm sure she will want to rest a little after;)

is it a bit greedy/unrealistic to think she might announce another tour somepoint next year to support HTBH? BT tour ends in August, so could start a HTBH tour early 2020. But then to be fair to pink, I don't see why she would want to after already being on tour for 2 years. I know she did that with FH after IND tour bút that was before she had kids

I know she did that with FH after IND tour bút that was before she had kids I'm thinking she might add a final leg at the end of the year and call it the H2BH Tour. Stadium shows in South America and maybe Oz or Asia. |
