Voting is the most powerful nonviolent tool that we have, and everybody must use it to make the world a better place. John Lewis (RIP)

Because we do not know when we will die, we get to think of life as an inexhaustible well. And yet everything happens only a certain number of times, and a very small number really. How many more times will you remember a certain afternoon of your childhood, an afternoon that is so deeply a part of your being that you cannot conceive of your life without it? Perhaps four, or five times more? Perhaps not even that. How many more times will you watch the full moon rise? Perhaps twenty. And yet it all seems limitless.

Well if we're aware of it we can make more of it. But I like the quote.

I think I first saw it like 15 years ago, It’s written on Brandon Lee’s grave here in Seattle. Brandon died super young / unexpectedly at 28. I plan on living to be like 113 so I “hopefully” still gots lots of time left, But nothing is guaranteed. Make the most of now, and don’t take anything for granted ❤️

"I'm not born with the roots, I'm born with feet...I go where I want." Great quote of a refugee on a Belgian TV program. ❤

“You know the irony of life is that you have like this big dream to get where you want to be, but once you get there you start to dream about where you came from.
I guess that's the part of the circle of our lives like the hands of a clock going round.
If only we could wind them back and return to a time where the dream began. Because all too soon that's all we’ll be is a dream in someones mind.”
it’s actually the intro to an ICP song, but I feel those words. and the song isn’t bad. 😬
whatever. one more thing to laugh at me about. fuck it. 🤷🏻♀️
