It's funny, because P!nk paved the way for many musicians who made the top 25.

To be fair, Olivia is only on her second album and suffering a slump (still good numbers of course, but still kinda early to be one of the top 25 best pop stars), Dua is suffering a slump with her third album (no singles are really connecting that well), Lorde was big for two albums, but Billie is definitely right on the cusp! Next year after this album, I’m sure she’ll be there. P!nk missing from the top 25 is an absolute crime!!! The question is: Where will all of them be in their mid 40s? Selling 4m tickets on a tour like P!nk?

This is the same old story for our underdog girl. But I would choose her life over any other popstar's, she got everything a human an wish for to have a fulfilling life. Huge career, dream job, family, friends, love and a life full of stories. Who cares about Billboard's century list when there's 75 years to go? 😂

Where were they wrong though? She's a powerful pop-star, but her name definitely doesn't have the same type of head-turning reaction as others. As unfortunate as it is, they might be right. I mean she's had three #1's, the last one being over a decade ago. I love her, I think she's underrated, and I wish she could be in top 25, but I understand why she's not. just list 25 names that are bigger than her this way (and of course noone from the honorable mentions). I’m seriously interested. I probably don’t see the music biz so deeply but i’m just really baffled. I''ll reserve final judgement for after the list is posted.

I don't know what to think about that list, if Bad Bunny is 23th. I must be very ignorant, or old, but I have never heard of him. I had to google it.

Bad Bunny is a HUGE Latin artist. One of the top artists globally.

Okay to prove our point so so far - 23rd Bad Bunny - they are hypocrites because the guy has only been around for 7-8 years and that’s why they snubbed Dua Lipa and Billie Eilish 24th - Ed Sheeran - i’m surprised he’s not higher 25th - Katy Perry - and this is where they completely lose their credibility. She is so irrelevant nowadays and for the last 6-7 years that she’s basically invisible and there wasn’t a moment in her career where she did better than Pink and that’s a fact.
Case closed. They are simply idiots

Edit: To be fair, we can’t discredit Katy as she was huge during her first 3 albums, with multiple #1s. She would have kept going if she had kept the good songs coming and didn’t cut her hair. Sorry but the new look wasn’t jiving with folks. Her attitude also kinda pissed people off.
Bad Bunny hasn’t been around for that long, but he is a global sensation and I’m not surprised he’s there because he is the top Latin artist. Latin music has large market in America and all over the world.
Dua is suffering a slump this era, so next era will tell us if she’s going to stick around. Same with Olivia.
Billie and P!nk are surprising for sure.
They are correct that (aside from M!ss — CTMH, IND and TTAL really only had two solid hits each stateside — mostly 2 hits per album), she hasn’t really been an artist of the year or taken over the mainstream landscape, but with everything else tided in, you’d think she’d have made the list. Because two hits per 6 albums is pretty damn good. She’s the underdog, no doubt.
