Physio report: Hip is tiny bit better, pelvis and back not.
He made every part pop again only elbow didn't want to (cuz of shit deskjob) but it did in the end, felt like he was close to breaking it but nevermind
Am allowed to experiment with more gym exercises aslong as I focus on my position and how I do them.
After 2 week break, cuz I quit contract, I started at another gym. Need to get back in the rhythm, know it's good for me and did miss it. Just gotta be carefull with accepting my body-limits, which is hard and frustrating.

Got my monthly electricity/gas report, used less than half from what I used in Oct2021 and less than a third of what i paid for. Seems like using the shower at work helps 😂 🤫
I know next few months it will be more expensive, but have a nice buffer for winter now. And maybe if it continues like this a nice pay out right before tour 😎🤞

I’m such a softie seriously
Went to the ER with B cause of her high fever for the 5th day and coughing 5th week
And well when we came in she had took fever pills so she looked and was doing good and the doctor asks me how I’m feeling and what of all the things I just mentioned (coughing, fever, lack of energy, breath being worse) made me worried and BAM I just burst out in tears 😩From nowhere and like I’m not even really worried it just came all over me like a flood of emotions. I guess I never get questions about what I AM FEELING or asking myself WHAT AM I FEELING
Lol anyway I needed a hug then
And then on the way home a stupid truck pushed me out to the side and I almost crashed because he knows no traffic rules in a roundabout stupid asshole there were fires coming out of my ears and had it not been snow story outside I’d came out of the car to scream at him
Yes the only thing I still can’t handle emotionally are sick kids and idiots in traffic

6 months since my interrail traintrip 5400km with 34 trains in 15days. One of the best trips I've ever done. Was a real life experience and mind changing. And kinda was planning another one for next year till tour got announced. I can't do both, do not have the money for that. I hate how life sucked me back in and I lost the mindset I had after I got back.
Now Interrail has 20% Black Friday discount.. Aaaaa

Milano weekend gave me so many flashbacks to my traintrip. Specially when we visited Verona and Bergamo, eventho the rainy weather made everything look different. One thing I know for sure is that my 'home' is not 4 walls.
