So, I just got a free Apple Music trial, and one of the first songs I put on was I’m Not Dead. I’ve listened to this song thousands upon thousands of times. I know it pretty dang well, but it sounds different. The drums and mixing. It’s not the same! Can anyone confirm this isn’t just me? 😅🤣

I've noticed this too. I have Amazon Music and they have what they call 360 Real Sound and it sounds different than the original version you would hear on CD

Interesting. For the better or for the worse?
Can someone link me or prepare a side-by-side comparison for us?

Interesting. For the better or for the worse? Can someone link me or prepare a side-by-side comparison for us? It’s only a very minor difference, really, but when you’ve heard it so many times (the drums especially as I used to play it), you can tell there’s something “off”. I like it, though! It brings out small details that weren't as prominent before.
