I can't find any footage of her accepting this award. It was her first award if I recall correctly. The 2000 Billboard Music Award for Best New Female Artist. There's pictures of her holding the award but none of her accepting it. The one where she has rainbow hair and the dollar bill dress on. Anyone ever seen any or can drop a vid for me?
