Uh no she isn’t imo but it’s not a bad thing in my book. It’s Taylor Swift or Beyonce. I definitely agree. Maybe around TTAL she could've claimed the title, but Taylor Swift and Beyonce have definitely overtaken her. Both have way more hits, both are touring stadiums, and basically have the same list as Alecia does. |

Maybe around TTAL she could've claimed the title, but Taylor Swift and Beyonce have definitely overtaken her. Both have way more hits, both are touring stadiums, and basically have the same list as Alecia does. she’s always been underrated, it’s her thing anyway, part of the image is being an underdog. On the other hand i have nothing against TS or Bey but the queen status they both have is something i’ll never understand. I find both of their music pretty boring, especially TS is super bland for me. I’ve never seen either of us live but i doubt they do as much as Pink does. So they are nowhere near her for me of course. Adele could be up there with them too but as far as i know she doesn’t like performing. Rihanna too but she’s not a great live performer either. Lady Gaga is too all over the place with all the acting stuff. I hope some new talents will claim these thrones anyway. Like Dua Lipa or Billie Eilish. Pink however will forever be among the top if she continues like she did in the last decade. |

So she is NOT that popular. Monoculture is truly dead I check her discography and I agree with you: this Taylor Swift person's music is BLAND, BORING AND MEDIOCRE. I can NOT understand why she is so huge. P!nk is better in every aspect. 2) That Taylor person seems to be a cult artist. She has an obsessed cult fanbase but people who don't like her music can just avoid her existence thanks to the death of monoculture. |

You seem extremely obsessed with making a point that Pink is the best and nothing can change that. You are in the STRONG minority of people not knowing who Taylor is. She has taken over the pop scene for the last decade. I don’t like her all that much, but I acknowledge that she is much, much, much bigger than Pink. I don’t know (or care) how old you are, but I will say Taylor’s fans are more centered around younger generations. For pink, it’s the opposite. My friends don’t know who Pink is half the time I mention who I listen to, but EVERYONE knows exactly who taylor is. To show how popular Taylor is, let’s take a look at her most recent tour: Pink did two Hyde Park shows for this latest tour, and two Wembleys for the BT tour. Taylor started with four Wembley shows, and it’s since been expanded to six shows. Whether or not she’s better than Pink or way worse (I prefer Pink), she is a force. |
