Lyrics are really good, I enjoyed them. I like the sound because it’s new for her but would’ve preferred pop rock, but overall I enjoyed. Hope they market it, I think it could be a hit. Don’t really care that it’s not what a pop hit should be or whatever. Could anyone send it in my messages

It's a cute dancepop song. I enjoy the chorus. Weirdly enough tho it overall kind of reminds me of Heartbreak Down don't ask me why, but that song always pops into my head when I listen to Trustfall. Sort of like it belongs to the GH:SF songs or TTAL bonus tracks lol Can't wait for the video!

I totally love the snippet, both the sound of it and the lyrics
also this
"Picture a place somewhere else far away Where you know what they mean and they mean what they say to us"
literally reminded me of Try Too Hard
"Is there somewhere we can go to get away Where there's truth and people mean just what they say"

Noticed that too It's a good lyric I don't blame her rehashing it lol

I'm thoroughly unimpressed with you being such a Debbie Downer, Nicotine Head. It's new music from your favorite artist? Then rejoice in that and not start so negatively. Gosh

Okay just listened to the whole thing, heres my thoughts:
-I like the sound, its fun and catchy, although not sure if I'll think the same in a few months (NGNDA was my entire jam for like a week then it died off) -Lyrics are good, I really like the story it's telling. Wish the 2nd verse was longer but whatever. And SO glad that the bridge is not just the chorus but slower. -Although bridge is a little bit repetitive -I think it is definitely more radio-friendly and intriguing to people than NGNDA was, so I really hope they market this well and that it's a hit. If this song isn't a hit, I doubt the next singles will be. -I kind of wish the sound was bigger in the chorus, especially the last one. I don't know how to explain that, but like when the chorus just goes to the next level y'know? Still a bop though -Not sure how it'll translate live in the studio version, as it's very electronic. Maybe that's why they did it acoustically at Kelly (hope they release and acoustic version).
Overall, a solid bop that could be a great hit IMO. And I wonder what inspired this song, I think it can hide as a love song but really it's not. Similar to WAU in that regard.

Ok, I won’t read your review, as it’s a bit of a spoiler and I want to digest it without others views in my head. Hahah But, whomever has it, hopefully will share with us east and west coasters

The production is awesome! The gays will love this.
Personally I'm more curious about her First Aid Kit and Lumineers collabs

It does have hit potential if marketed right and it seems like a song that is elevated by its video (since she also said it might be her best video yet). Kinda like WMH. The song itself to me has a cute chorus, but nothing really to write home about. I guess I will see how it fits in the entire album and if in context it will have longevity for me or fade away quickly. What I'm wondering is: Does this mean we will get more dance songs on the album? I remember that people were saying NGNDA was the odd man out.

Gosh I think I am allowed to voice my opinion when something misses the mark in my opinion. There are people here who prefer this to NGNDA. I, on the other hand, think NGNDA is one of her best lead singles. Different strokes for different folks. And that's alright.

Exactly. That’s what beautiful about opinions because I think NGNDA is her worst single ever. It sure as hell is catchy, but I literally can’t get through it without cringing. lol something for everyone! Even though these two are upbeat, I’d put them in completely different genres. One a synth pop dance track while the other is bubble gum pop.

I just think it was because you were the first to post it! I like it, not overly but it’s catchy, lyrics are slightly stronger so that’s good. I think these two songs released are radio friendly and that’s what she/they are trying to do here, is my guess. Hopefully this means the album is filled with more P!nk like songs but with a difference as nobody wants the same but I think this vibe of dance will always be like marmite (love or hate) for many fans. As I said to someone earlier if NGNDA and this new track were playing on the radio I’d love it and sing along, but for some reason because it’s P!nk I am left wanting more. I just have every faith the album will bring me what I am missing. Saying that I haven’t got the TRUSTFALL chorus out of my head so maybe it’s also a grower and I may be in love with it when the video drops especially as I think that always lifts a song.

im loving it. im not dissing anyone for saying this because everyone is entitled to their own opinions but i kinda feel Pink cant win anymore. everyone moaned NGNDA was the same sound she has done a million times before but then this is a different kind of sound and people dont like it which is again fair enough im not dissing anyone. But it leaves me wondering what does she have to do? she sticks to the same sound people moan, she then changes her sound up and people still moan

But it leaves me wondering what does she have to do? she sticks to the same sound people moan, she then changes her sound up and people still moan I think it's a couple of things: this forum has some old school folks who is missing her more rough, rockier, soulful side which is not present in any of her singles in the past years. It only pops up during extra performances (like Coat Of Many Colours, that tribute performance with Queen etc.) where you usually see those same people raving about it for pages. Those people - and I include myself in that category too - will probably be happily listen to the First Aid Kit and The Lumineers songs from the album, but those songs won't have the same amount of buzz around them as the singles. I am a huge advocate of I Am Here and how it was blasphemously skipped as a single while it could have been one of her biggest songs in the past years, it charted high after the tour gigs, it had catchiness, but still that soulful, unpolished core in a mature format, yet stayed as an album track only. All I Know So Far was percieved highly well in this community too, for example. There is place for all kinds of opinions and to have them shared here respectfully.
