Yeah, the hate is annoying! I don’t see hate here, just a concern and being it is a different genre it’s unsurprising too. I am here and will follow her until the end, I’m on the path of P!nk eternity and buckled in tight but I can still be concerned on whether I’m gonna like one album when I’m not into this genre of music! Especially given the first single and the new clip. I didn’t particularly mean you. I’m sorry if that’s how you understood it. Can we pretend has been hated a lot, and not only in this thread and on this forum and this week. |

I wish P!nk would set herself the challenge of creating a rock album. I love NGNDA and I know I’m gonna love this album, but I just wish she’d resort back to rock every now and again. I mean, what was the last rock song she released?
I don’t see people giving hate, I think it’s important to recognise that people will have opinions and that’s not being hateful 😂.

Can we pretend has been hated a lot, and not only in this thread and on this forum and this week. 😘 I understand not liking Can We Pretend when it was revealed in the clip way back, it was unlike any other, I was one of them that didn’t like it, I never hated it as it was catchy and a good bop as someone said I just didn’t like the musical direction of it and that’s what I’m trying to get at here, maybe poorly! I know deep down I will still adore the new album, even if I have to skip a few tracks down the line. But yeah hate is a strong word and unnecessary, especially today when people seem to turn to hate before anything else. 🥰💕 |

I didn’t mention how the song felt disingenuous and felt like her hopping on to a trend that she mostly avoided her whole career. The lyrics don’t sound like a P!nk song in the least. I guess I’ll die on my own hill. Lol The problem for me was she was jumping on the edm trend years after it died and it sounded terribly dated (I don’t mind her hopping on trends, she can do what she wants, but it’s not helpful when it’s dated in the not-so-distant past). Nor did the animated video help. So can we pretend I really like your shoes? What? I just hope they realize the cheesy pop ain’t doing too much for her. edit: I love P!nk and I know I can be critical but it’s because we all know what P!nk is capable of and it’s being wasted on cheesy pop songs. It hurts to see it. |

I really disliked CWP, but after some time I've come around to appreciate as a moderate bop.
I hope this is only the intro to the song and that it will not have that base throughout

Why is the snippet sooo short.. Goddamn! I want more of it! Counting down the days ^^ It sounds beloving to me tbh, I LOVE her on her more rocky songs but I am ready for this new era anyway  I think this song will be a rollercoaster of deep emotions mixed with joy and gratitude and FUN! I am so curious what she has been working on during and since covid.. Let us get it! |

Electro banger” “More like club banger” I thought Beautiful Trauma was a great title track (such a fun song), so excited for this. Personally I don’t mind the genre of music it’s in, and it sounds different than NGNDA even if they’re both dance so hopefully it does well. Maybe i’m being too optimistic but I feel like this song has great hit potential. |
