A few thoughts on this.
1. Good to know she still is standing up for her opinion even though she’s losing support over it. Shows she still is the same Pink as always
2. Management let her post this the month before Trustfall? That says a lot
3. The people in the comments calling her a sellout don’t remember she’s been left-leaning all her life and has always stood up for her opinion. And I think this makes her less of a sellout because if these people truly are ditching her she’s doing things that only weaken her career.

At first I was surprised. I don’t live in the US. It may be different, but where I live, we don't talk a lot about vaccines anymore. They are available and it is up to us to take them if we want. We no longer see advertising from pharmaceutical companies. That's why I was surprised.
Obviously, she probably got a lot of money from Pfizer. But I'm sure it was not her main motivation.
At the same time, I don’t really mind her doing that. It’s certainly not a very "seller" cause, but it seems important to her.

She has always stood for her opinion and that's ok. What I'm thinking is: really? You have an album out in a month girl. That should not be a priority right now.
Honestly, it's the first time as a P!nk fan that fells like a nonevent. She claims it's her best album ever yet we get live cooking on TikTok and that's it.
I mean, really? She isn't going anywhere chart-wise, I can get it, but that should ring an alarm.

Yeah, it’s sad the state of affairs for this album promotion wise. I don’t get why she’d do this right before an album, but I feel like it’s a little f-u to anti-vaxers at the same time (she did say she doesn’t want their money). Plus, the pay cheque aspect makes me a bit sick.
The song is a non-event, and as much as we want to praise it, it’s just not great. It’s catchy, absolutely, but she’s losing what her fans love about her. Her sass and her heart-felt messages, not this bubble gum elder pop. The verses are weak, it has cheesy elements…anyway, I could go on, but I won’t.
She should be promoting her butt off. And also releasing some new tracks, maybe even live performances of them instead, until we get the album. I understand she’s a legend now, but come on, your fans love YOU, we want to see you. This song isn’t enough to tide us over, nor is the video or the live performance.
I’m sure since the song isn’t making a big splash, they don’t want to throw money at promotion? I just hope a second single comes with some good promotion.

Babe, it's not about charts or succeeding... I think she already proved to be a touring legend and no one's gonna change that. The thing is, for me, I feel like she doesn't care that much anymore... And it's been a while. It looks like she just does it because she has to. I am not seeing that burning passion I used to see in her anymore. I hope I'm proven wrong once the album comes out, but for now, I might even sell some tickets because 3/4 shows seem a little too much for me. I'm not here for the same recycled setlist, same routines, same performances. She used to have that wow factor and that's what I fell in love with. She took my breath away each time she jumped on stage since 2006. They even put freaking high prices for this tour. I am not paying a 250 euros ticket to see the same thing over the years, because it's what I expect it to be. Come on. I get she's a touring force and she needs to perform the hits, but what about the fans? We've been here since day 1. It's been completely silent since the album announcement, and it screams "I'm gonna pop this out, sing around the world for a couple months and bye". Sorry for being honest. It's not what it used to be. |

^Said it perfectly. The last tour did nothing for me except for Secrets. It felt been there done that. The Truth About Love was the tour peak for me, but that doesn’t mean she can’t top it. I agree, the setlists are tired, but they all get that way after years of touring. I do hope we have something coming, but I feel like the burning passion has left. Her values have changed. She’s more into her wine, her family, etc which is perfectly fine and normal, I just miss the ARTIST P!nk where her music/career seemed first and foremost. But again, to be expected, just disappointing from a fan standpoint. Still too early to tel, maybe they have a plan. And trust me, she and her team don’t want to flop. They’re certainly not thinking so what, because it’s a money making business and they need to make their money back. If P!nk or her label/team didn’t care, she wouldn’t be calling Max Martin and releasing songs like NGNDA. Her team wouldn’t be in the background of her cooking class begging us to stream the song. Lol Even her label has attempted to get back in Pops good graces and release the song to that format, they haven’t tried since Beautiful Trauma the single, if I remember correctly, so they’re definitely trying for hits. Look, she might even have a hard time charting on the Hot 100 again without streaming (her song is top 25 on all 3 formats and she’s still bubbling under on the hot 100 with her first single from a new era…not a good sign), when she was landing on the Hot 100 before with almost every release. She’s in a tough spot. P!nk also had no intention of fading into the background. She wouldn’t want to not have continued success. She’s a rash that won’t go away, after all.  |

I think this is a sad thread, because I understand with most of what’s being said. But we have to realise she has a family that she is devoted to and will now always come first.
I too think it’s a weird start to an era. This is the first time for a first single (bar H2BH) which doesn’t count as she was touring, that she hasn’t done a press tour. Maybe that will happen with the album release instead I don’t know I of course hope so. Maybe the record company would prefer to pay for her promo for the album rather than the first single that is released months before the album release?!!
I just hope she knows what is happening and how a lot of her fans are feeling which let’s be honest she’s a smart cookie. If this is what she wants to do and how she wants to do it, then who are we to argue?! Well I guess we are her fans but maybe thats what the tours are for now to give back to us and the rest is just musical politics that she isn’t in to anymore? She’s given us her all and then some for 20 years after all.
I am hoping for big things from the new album like I always do, and I’ve spent my hard earned investment money on this next tour which is the most I’ve paid and the most shows I have attended for any of her tours so I’m in for the ride, buckled up. Because it’s P!nk. We just have to be patient, I hope we will be back here in 2 weeks time saying wow did we get this so wrong?!!

I agree that the tour will probably not be too much new stuff, as she's already done so much. And topping TTAL ten years later in her forties is going to be very difficult.
However, in terms of the tracks of Trustfall, I think those will still be excellent.

That’s my expectation at least… I really hope you’re wrong on the last bit Dani, I want to see an amazing tour, and if I had to have any reason for the last BT tour being a little tame when it came to tricks, not only was the European leg cheated IMO as it was so last minute trying to make the same arena show work in stadiums which was never gonna happen, she also wasn’t at her peak fitness as she had only had Jameson 14 months before the tour started, so this time considering her amazing effort she’s put into getting back her fitness I’m hoping for bigger things. I would be disappointed if it was similar to BT with just the added new tracks, I expect the So What flying as that’s her trademark and an acoustic set in the middle (which I love) but the rest has to be new, exciting and have the wow factor in my book… and I think she has to be thinking the same thing, she’s said it numerous times, she never wants to just dial it in, or repeat herself.
