Long Way to Go has grown on me quite a bit!
But is it just me or does the bridge sound like an afterthought? It’s very odd.

I LOVE Feel Something!
I have Kids In Love, TRUSTFALL, Feel Something, and Runaway on repeat. So good! I’m content getting at least a few songs even I don’t love it the complete thing.

Long Way to Go has grown on me quite a bit! But is it just me or does the bridge sound like an afterthought? It’s very odd. If you look at the booklet, the final song is missing an extra 40% of lyrics - they actually released the wrong version's lyrics. So it seems it was a longer, probably bigger song but got cut down which is a shame because I could tell at first listen. I so expected it to go somewhere and it did not. |

I was initally upset at the lack if uptempo but one of my other favourite artist is Lorde and while listening I realised she as these quiet moments like Lorde and it's made me love the album.
Turbulance is amazing for this but as others state it feels like its going to lead to something, my first listen I was like "she gonna do a big ending"

Sooo… here is my 2 cents not that it matters. I have only been able to listen to the album once all the way through.
Pissed P!nk is back, and I love it! A lot of the songs still depict her as victim/savior which I feel started with H2BH. I wish Carey would piss her off more often. LOL.
Her voice sounds better than I have heard it in awhile, and she exudes confidence. Possibly, like the rest of us, the pandemic made her realize that everything you cherish can be taken from you in the blink of an eye.
The Lumineers and maybe even the First Aid Kit songs could easily belong on a You+Me II album. I think the vocals with FAK sound amazing.
So glad Our Song is not a cover of the Elton John song because because I hate that fucking song.
I am not a Chris Stapleton fan so I could have done without that song. She will never have another JGMAR with that guy. (Also I am so done with JGMAR so I guess that’s okay.)
P!nk is BACK, BABY! So far this is not my favorite album, but it’s very good. There is something for everyone here.
Any / all of these opinions may change once I listen to the album more.

Really on the fence with this record so far, mind you I’ve only listened to it once because there is soooo much going on today. Only about 3 songs I heard I throughly enjoyed. I do wonder how she will mash this record into a set list. This album feels really low-maintenance and not too overtly produced, as opposed to most of her catalog. I guess time will tell.

She wants so desperately to be a ballad singer, and to be honest, she doesn’t shine in those types of songs, except for some of course. Wow, that’s harsh but I respect your opinion. I think she is an amazing ballad singer. I just don’t care for ballads. |

I like Turbulence, When i get there and Kids in love. Overall, far from her best work. Too many forgettable songs.
And let's be honest. She will never make another album as good as IND, no matter what she says!
