Here they said the opposite, that up to 30% could have damages in their lungs that could either take up to 15 years to heal, or even be permanently. 🤷‍♂️ They said that a month ago here but that it wasn’t a representative amount of people in the study so they couldn’t trust the results or something like that. It’s interesting, the media reports, and how different it is everywhere. I’d just wish everyone that didn’t have 110% truth to support their “info” would just simply shut up. I posted this a while ago: There was an article in the newspaper today about why some countries are more affected by the virus, like Italy and Spain, than others : The more inhabitants have the D polymorphism of ACE1 gene, the fewer infections and deaths were counted in that country. “For example, broadly the D polymorphism of the ACE1 gene is more common the further east you go in Europe,” says Professor Joris Delanghe. "At the same time, you can see that the severity of the Covid-19 epidemic decreases as you move from Western to Central and Eastern Europe." I don't know how big this study was though. I don't think it was mentioned in the article. I also don't know what this ACE1 gene and D polymorphism is, so if someone could explain in human language, please do.

No idea ^^
I’ve a question. Why did Trump cut down on budget to WHO all of sudden? Smells like BS to me.

No idea ^^ I’ve a question. Why did Trump cut down on budget to WHO all of sudden? Smells like BS to me. Distracting from his own major fuckups. His narcissistic personality disorder prevents him to accept any kind of personal responsibility for failures, that's always someone else. And while there is, as a matter of fact, justified criticism of the WHO, he just jumped at the opportunity to blame the WHO and China for his own fuckups. To cut funding of the WHO in the middle of a pandemic makes ZERO sense, despite that it could create major setbacks with e.g. fighting polio in Africa. Oh, and regarding that, there's the fact that Trump is a racist.

No idea ^^ I’ve a question. Why did Trump cut down on budget to WHO all of sudden? Smells like BS to me. He's also attacking our United States Postal Service, btw, and hopes by defunding them, like he did for Planned Parenthood-- he will privatize everything, and get rid of all companies he doesn't like.
I kinda hate him for this.
Fed-Ex is so-so as a shipping service. UPS is absolute shit for making deliveries. It's now happened four times for me. UPS will get your address absolutely wrong. Or they will mark your package as delivered, when it was never delivered to you at all. And I don't trust Amazon for anything much more than price gouging by Jeff Bezos.
If you take out the reliability of USPS, how will my BGE or any of my bills get paid on time?
Trump. I didn't vote for him last time. I won't vote for him this time either. He lies, lies, lies, and then pretends nobody else has any brain cells whatsoever. What's also aggravating is that Trump tells his supporters to go after those who don't buy his bs. My not-quite-a-romantic-interest from earlier this month found out I was pro-choice, not pro-life, and he blasted me because I was not a Trump supporter.
The only good thing about Corona, is that Trump is "unable to fix it." I get a laugh out of this everyday. Trump he has to blame the WHO and China for our economy and everything that was America being on life-support. China probably will be the first people with the vaccine, and wouldn't that be the hugest irony? For a man whose sole interest on The Apprentice was to fire people, Trump is continually proving that he, himself, is not "a savior" and should be fired.

Iris, this sounds like a gene that confers some sort of immunity to COVID-19, but the researchers-- from what you've said-- don't know how it confers said immunity. The ACE1 gene probably codes for a protein ( which is the D polymorphism). But how the D polymorphism protein stops the RNA replication process ( the method COVID-19 uses to hijack the wiring of a cell in your body and kill it--and ultimately you) is unknown....
