It'll go tit for tat she will either keep opening the case or she will counter sue for the fact he probably owes her money as well.
Also, what was the evidence that he raped her? While i'm a huge Kesha fan it does seem like she use this as a case to try and get out of her contract.

There’s texts between her and other artists about him that have leaked, the fact that artists such as p!nk have gone on record saying he’s not a good person, there’s the fact that the woke up the next day feeling weird and repeatedly texting her friend and mom that she feels weird and her vagina hurts and she doesn’t know why and he posted a photo of her passed out saying “damn my artists work hard” on top of I’m sure other things. Also it wasn’t even her that released the text between her and Gaga saying he had raped Katy Perry 2, but yet she is the one getting screwed over. It’s weird. Also, if you just look at his eyes he looks fucking evil lol |

Ehm I don’t know what to say but that you should consider getting help with your mental health and instability.
All I said was that in my opinion, in a perfect world, the gender of such a profession should not matter. It should be impossible to screw things up or twist them up. It’s hard core facts and evidence and should have nothing to do with who’s behind the desk doing the job. That’s all I meant. In fact I did never even take stand AGAINST Kesha or your opinions. If you had better control of your emotions you’d noticed it’s more like the opposite.
