That two year old baby boy…. 💔 Both his parents shot and killed at the 4th of July parade in Chicago. What is wrong with these sickos? Poor baby. (And all the victims) What a total POS, that shooter. And if he thinks that “oh, now I will have some level of fam/infamy” Well sadly I think he’s mistaken. There will probably be another mass shooting in a couple of days, and so on and so on. 🤮 America makes me sad. And I don’t see any positive change any time soon in regards to these mass shootings. 😫 The world is sad not just America. It’s sad how low prio psychiatric care is everywhere, where it should be the highest priority in the world we live in today, with information overload

Can people stop dying, please? So tonight at work, one of my favorite customers came in who I haven't seen in a few weeks. I was actually thinking about him the other day like "where the heck has he been" so he comes in today and I'm like, "JACK!" "Where have you been!? I was wondering if somebody here pissed you off or something and thats why we haven't been seeing you" (sometimes some of my coworkers are assholes to customers.) So he responds. "dan died two weeks ago. I've been dealing with that." Dan is Jacks brother who used to come in every now and then but not as often as Jack. I loved them both. Always so cool to see them hanging out together. And pretty much every time they'd be together they'd make me have a tequila with them. This was just a freak accident. He was riding his bicycle and I guess the front tire came off, and he flipped over the handlebars and landed on his neck. His wife was wondering what was going on and why he was gone for so long, so she logged into the apple account and saw that his watch band hand him at the big emergency hospital. Jack and Dans wife rushed there. and when the arrived he went to check in with the staff saying "I think my brother is here" and he gave name and info. Then their response was "we need to get a social worker" and then he instantly knew it was bad bad. So yeah, Dan broke his neck it sounds like and they weren't able to help him and he died Such a freak accident. And they had just been in together not too long ago.

Both Dan and Jack were big music guys. Jack works in the music biz and they both worked in the wine biz as well.... They were the ones who told me about BottleRock years ago and then were super excited that I went this year. Dan was always so friendly and always asking me questions and being a good listener and super funny as well. I'm super sad about this

"Dan was a lover of life, a dedicated husband & father as well as the greatest facilitator of fun this world has ever known. No one could put people at ease like Dan could. He was a mentor, coach, motivator and professional instigator. His quick sense of humor kept everyone laughing and entertained. Dan the Monkey Man impacted so many of us and his departure leaves a gigantic hole in our hearts. Dan suffered a freak bicycle accident while riding on one of his favorite routes on the Burke Gilman trail in Seattle. He suffered spinal and brain injuries that even this tough SOB couldn’t overcome. After a week of fighting these lopsided odds, Dan now rests in peace. Dan is survived by his wife Bonnee, daughter and son-in-law Ellie & Nate as well son TJ, his sister Ann (Gary) Durham and brother John/Jake/Jack. Dan & Bonnee are proud grandparents to Mila & Bohdi. We’d like to thank the Burke Gilman trail bystanders who heroically administered CPR and called 911. Their efforts gave us a few extra days with this amazing man. We’d also like to encourage your support of the Christopher Reeve Foundation www.christopherreeve.org/ We need more research into what can be done for catastrophic spinal injuries. In lieu of flowers, Dan would be ecstatic if you supported his favorite cause - Boys & Girls Clubs of America. www.bgca.org/"

This early morning my manager sent us a message she planned an emergency meeting for 8.15am. Immediately the thought "Who died?" flashed through my head.
She told us that a collegues daughter committed suicide this weekend. 20yrs young, her name was Sophie aswell. Eventho I didn't know her, it hit me. Maybe cause of the name, maybe cause the whole subject. Lots of thoughts and questions running through my head since.
There is so much attention for "lonely old people", but what about "lonely young people"? Really think that is a big problem/issue in the current world.

It's a H U G E issue here too. It's heartbreaking. Honestly I believe these phones and the amount of information available online for undeveloped filterless brains will not help these kids in the future

I do not think our brain is suitable for processing this amount of information or emotion constantly.
