We all have different opinions which is fine, but thete are more categories than album categories I was wondering why Love Me Anyway got the boot. Wasn’t it released in some form? Or was it released too late to be considered for this year? Cause if they put just a bit of more effort into it I am sure it would’ve had pretty high chances to win an award. As far as I know it was the song with the highest reception outside the fandom, and rightly so. Anyway, I’m sure she’s lined up to do some soundtrack songs for movies again next year during her hiatus. Maybe that will bring her award attention. Or the next You+Me record if RCA lobbies hard for it (they did a pretty good job with the awards in the past 2/3 years). But them and the Grammys did rose ave. incredibly wrong. I mean, awards schmawards, but that album deserved some heavy recognition.

she definitely had wayyyy stronger albums to be nominated. maybe 90 Days could have got a nomination but i don't find it as surprising.

Anyway, I agree that it might not have been her strongest effort, and I'm sure she knows this. I would've condensed it to an EP to focus on and keep one vibe/story/imagery/musicality throughout if you get what I mean. Make it a stronger effort from start to finish. But I'm no pop star, so... lol And I agree about 90 Days. It needed some broadcasted performances to get people talking. But I think the similarities to Imogen Heap's Hide and Seek production were maybe too strong that's why she didn't promote it too much? Idk.

Idk. to me TTAL is still better than H2BH tbh promo for this album was a joke. i wonder if she just wanted to get it over with quickly to release another album to fulfil her contract with minimum effort. and yeah 90 Days deserves justice!!! i guess this era has been over faster than we can blink

I don’t even know the criteria they use to come up with the nominations anymore. Sometimes I wonder if they are just bought by the record companies which would pretty much explain everything.
