Difficult to explain  I'm teaching now for 9 years...in those 9 years I went 5 years from one school to another. Now I'm my 4th year at the same school...after 3 years they do an interview to decide you can stay for ever in the same school. If interview isn't good, I probably need to look for another school. Let's say when it's good, it's difficult to fire me  |
