I've been ill 100 more times during this time It happens when you have kids, and hers are with her constantly. I used to never get ill, but once I went to work in a school it happens 2-3 times a year. Also I noticed she started wearing a glove on one after Australia last year for part of the show. I assumed this was in hopes of attracting fewer germs. |

Not sure why it took this thread for me to register (after lurking for quite a while). We were at the Columbus show and thought it was interesting that she used a glove for her high-five treadmill moment during JLIP (which makes sense) but then still continued to touch people throughout the show.
I am amazed she as healthy as she is with all of that contact with her fans.
We were Pit Left and I got to high 5 her at the very beginning of "Blow Me (One Last Kiss)" and I promise that I washed my hands before the show.

I read on different sites that Montreal shows are also cancelled. NOTHING OFFICIAL. If you read or hear something, please let me know. I want to know if I have to come back home or stay at Montreal. What was the site you read it on about Montreal? |

What was the site you read it on about Montreal? IDK only random comments I read on different FB fan pages. Probably just rumours, since I asked them where they got their information and they didn't respond. Do you know if it's true that she never came to Toronto, or she came, consulted the doctor and flew back to her home? Maybe still a rumour. I don't know if it's what she did last year... |

Do you think she will come back in North America only for these 2 shows, in August? And why do they already have the postponed dates? And why in August and not after NYC? It looks like they knew they will cancel, some hours (or day) ago. I don't wanna be mean, I know she is human, but I'm just sad. I think the reason they are in August instead of right after NYC is to give them a chance to make sure all the tickets are sold and to give fans time to reschedule. They probably figure that anytime a show is rescheduled x% of tickets get returned. And this later date gives them enough time to sell the tickets that get returned. I dunno. I might be wrong. Also like others said - venue availability and all the other blah blah blahs. |

I travelled from Ireland for the 2 Toronto shows, gutted she was ill and had to cancel but glad she’s better now. Not sure if I’ll go back in August for the rescheduled shows, depends on how much my annual bonus is in June!!  |
