Am I the only one who doesn't know who are Hillsong United🤷 Not a clue. I thought it was Catfish and the Bottlemen she was fighting for the top spot. I actually like them but I didn’t see them anywhere near her on the chart. Sometimes I think the U.S. doesn’t deserve her.  |

I knew he loved her music and he attended her show in Quebec during summer fest. And he didn't know she had a new album. He is probably not the only one. Not everyone is on Twitter or Instagram. I didn't see anything about her new album here. No promotion, nowhere. She will be in show in 2 weeks and I'm afraid some people will forget it. We bought our tickets in October 2017!! That's bad because A LOT of persons love her here. |

Hilsong is a celebrity megachurch attended by Justin Bieber, Selena Gomez, Chris Pratt, and a lot of others. The album was released by their band. It's strange because the album was far behind hers on iTunes (like barely in the top 5), has less streaming than she does, and received less in-store promo. Not to be a conspiracy theorist, but I wouldn't be surprised if the church purchased a large portion of the CDs themselves (to resell after church services or give away as conversion materials). Keep in mind, this church was founded in Australia, then moved to Los Angeles to gain a celebrity following. Yet the album is #6 in AUS and Pink is #1. OMG That is crazy!! I was afraid that Taylor Swift releases an album the same day, but finally, it's a Christian group who snatched the #1. We don't have this kind of Christian music where I live, so it's hard for me to understand how it can be so popular. You could be right about themself buying a lot of CDs. Anyway, I hate that kind of chart. Everything seems to be fake and rigged. |
