It‘s a cute little song with a nice flow, and it reminds me of a song from the 90s but I can‘t remember which one it was! HELP!! The lyrics are a bit weak IMO. With a nice melody like that and the “God it hurts to be human“ start into the chorus I thought this was going to lead us to some real tucking of the heartstrings. Also, I am not a big fan of her pitchy airy high vocals here. Maybe I‘ll be fine with it after a few more listens. But again the song has got a nice melody and flow to it that‘s really catchy and help bring out the emotions. Definitely one of the better ones from the bunch we got, but I hope the real gems are hidden in the songs we didn‘t get to hear yet. (looking at you 90 Days. Don‘t let me down) |

Finally got to listen to it. Sounding wise it reminds me a little bit of her first album. I like it. Sounds like this album will be a real melting pot of styles.
