The lyrics are not the best but yet remind me a bit of CTMH. I’m conflicted. I need to hear the song first to judge.

Okay, this sounds......... interesting. The lyrics are basic and kinda standard, especially for her. I also hate how it’s so short.
If this is going up for a pre-order, give me a track list and please, please. PLEASE let the others songs be 3:30+ at least please. And no more underwritten stuff, I want quality lyrics. Beautiful Trauma had some amazing lyrics.

The writers we’ve known for a while, but the registered duration is 3:01. Also the release being a Saturday does not make sense. Thursday or Friday makes much more sense.

My bet is that it's coming this Friday (just like the producer tweeted). But overall we know for sure it's around 3 minutes, those 6 seconds doesn't matter really. I don't think I know what is going on lately. This song is so...out of place? It sounds like a B-side for her 2000-2003 tracks. When she could be mad at the world, society, politics, Trump etc, she would choose to write a song about a boy? |

I have to say and I feel like im the minority because I feel like now shes nearly 40 and a mum people want her to sing lullaby slow songs, this actually excites me. im sorry, I don't care that shes 40 and has 2 kids, I do still want some FU, tough, no nonsense songs from her. yeh I love her vulnerable ballads but I want both on the album. some vulnerable ballads AND some FU songs. Just because shes nearly 40 and a mum doesn't mean she has to now censer herself. No one has ever said that to Eminem and hes been a father all throughout his career AND I love Power so this sounds really positive for me!! |

I doubt the release date is so soon though since she just released the music video for Walk Me Home. Unless they think that Walk Me Home won't do anything at the charts and want to move forward with the next song quickly.

Seems wise tbh. even though the WMH video has just been released, don't forget the song has been out since 22nd feb so a good 4 or 5 weeks now, something must have happened to delay the video because a month between the song premiere and the video premiere doesn't make sense especially in 2019. music videos aren't that big a deal as they were say 10-15 years ago and they don't do much in terms of boosting sales im glad we're getting a new song on Friday. it feels like WMH has been out for bloody ages! |
