On my dad's birthday on March 11, it's been 15 years since my first P!nk concert. That's exactly half of my life years ago   Same here  but my first Pink concert was February 25, 15 years ago... Can't believe it  |

I know íts only been a month but this era already feels like its dragging. she announced the single/album first week of Feb, then had a 2week wait for the single to premeire and then on the same day we got the single and BRITS performance...…….and now 2weeks has passed and everything has gone quiet I really don't wanna moan because I was not expecting a new album til at least 2020 so im so thankful we're getting one so soon. But I am kinda wondering why she didn't release it at the end of 2018 when she wasn't on tour and had time to properly promote. The album must have been 99% finished by then I always said ever since 4 weeks ago when it was all announced [again I wanna stress, I am so thankful and happy] that the whole era and timing doesn't make sense whatsoever to release an album in the middle of a US / UK tour where she has minimum breaks in between dates to promote or even film a music video for 2nd single |

Loved BT, but I’m not sure how I feel about this yet. Gonna wait and see if there’s some sort of a different theme on H2BH or if it has something to say or if the general sound is somewhat different that she decided to put these songs on a whole different album. |

Is it true that Julia Michaels said that she wrote with Pink on H2BH?
I don't know why, but I'm not excited about this rumour at all. I like Barbies and For now, but I don't need more.
Pink is too much in love with her. She praises her all the time. I don't get it. She is talented, but I think she has a lot more to learn from Pink than the opposite.

There is one thing I will say, and that’s that I think P!nk likes to keep her circle/family/working family pretty small to keep out drama and negativity etc.
Now, there’s nothing wrong with that at all as happiness and good working conditions are of utmost importance - especially around your kids, but I wonder if that may (unintentionally) negatively impact some of her choices. It seems like she has a lot of “yes men” now and the same people she will work with etc. I could be wrong, but that’s just how it comes across to me.
I don’t blame her and this isn’t to criticise because I would do the same, you find your people and you see no reason to go elsewhere, but it’s easy to see how she has become formulaic from an outside perspective.

P.S “leftovers” or old songs aren’t a negative to me. When you think about how most people’s first or second albums are based upon things they wrote when they were much younger I don’t see a problem. I bet there are a ton of old songs she has that we would adore. Making something just to be current is more problematic to me.
