Since we're still going strong in the BT era, I think it could be two cases:
1. She was heavily inspired by the world around us now (judging by the titles and lyrics) so she wrote an album quickly, and wanted to release it soon. This way it might be better in quality, but less in commercial success, that's why the label decided to release it while she's still doing the previous tour, therefore it's not gonna be a proper "era", just music.
2. She has a contract which she has to fulfill, releasing x amount of records per 10 years, and she usually takes a lot of time so now she has to "hurry up". It could be leftovers from BT with some new songs, mostly to make the label happy while she's still touring. I don't think this is the case tho.

I'm excited! I wonder if the album's got a theme and a vibe. The snippet sounds A Million Dream-ish, so maybe that's the sound she's going for? Idk. Not really for me but still excited!! I had a feeling something would be up this week considering new music! Very good news!
