Eh. I'm not giving the Grammys much weight tbh ever since she didn't get one for M!ssundaztood.
If she wins one again in the future, great. If not, also great. We know she's awesome. By now we should be used to knowing that everyone's kinda sleeping on her talent.

I think P!nk just isn’t in the cool boat (in their opinion), and Ari had a huge year, so its a given she won. They do consider her the new Mariah, in a way.
I agree about M!ss but I recently realized it was Norah Jones that won over P!nk, and she was/that album was HUGE that year , so I get why she won. Still a damn shame.

But I have a very bad feeling when (I'm not trying to be morbid here) our girl leaves this earth only then will the Grammy knows what they miss out on. Then they will turn around and give her some special award. Isn't that how it always is? It's not until an artist died then people start celebrating them and their work. |
