Here are the paintings. 🙈  It’s probably a bit much to explain, but in 1985 in the US there were some trading card stickers for kids called “GARBAGE PAIL KIDS”... they were supposed to be a spoof on the Cabbage Patch Kids dolls that were super popular at the time. Picture of actual Cabbage Patch Kid doll the card characters were supposed to be cute and looks like Cabbage Patch Kids, but be kinda gross and or scary. The cards became super popular and actually got banned from many schools / playgrounds. Kids loved them and parents hated them. Also kids liked trying to find the Garbage Pail Kid with their name.... mine was JUNKY JEFF 😝 here are some examples....   They made these cards when I was a little kid, and me and my brother and sister all liked them. Pink was the right age for them too. **Side story, I gave her some Garbage Pail Kids during the Funhouse Tour, and she talked for a bit about them on stage, and said they were super cool**blah blah blah. they stopped making the cards around 1990. but then, started making them again in the 2000’s. In the new release of the cards, they have started to play with Pop Culture a bit, and made cards of a few different celebrities. Since then there have been (2) P!nk cards made. (they always have 2 versions of each design with an A and a B name)  So the 2 paintings I got are the original hand painted versions used to make the cards.... 😝 Kinda nerdy and dumb, but it makes me happy. 🤓🤮 |
