What's the last movie you've watched?

Went and saw YESTERDAY last night at the theater. It came out a while ago, and is out of theaters now, and probably already out on dvd by now.
but we have a cheap theater near me that plays movies a little after they’ve come out and it’s only like $4.
I wanted to see this when I first saw the trailers, so made a point of going last night.

has anybody else seen it?

I figured I’d like it a whole lot, and I did.

I mean, the trailer tells you what the movie is about, but basically this guys world basically changes to where The Beatles never existed.
Hes like the only one in the world who knows their music. He ends up playing the songs and everybody thinks he wrote and created them and he becomes like a massive superstar.

It has similarities with Groundhog Day, in the sense that Bill Murray was living in his unique reality that nobody else was aware of. (I love Groundhog Day as well - one of my favorites.

YESTERDAY was cute.
It gets added points because the music is obviously great.
Kate McKinnon is in the film, who I love.
The girlfriend / manager girl reminds me of a bit of Felicity Jones - which is a plus as well.
Ed Sheeran is in the move and adds some comedy to the whole thing.


yah, I was super happy w/ the movie.
ill probably watch it again at some point.
