Winnie the Pooh Peter Pan 2 Now watching Everest I liked Everest. Let me know what you think about it. Have you seen the Everest (The summit) documentary on Netflix? That shit made me serious about going up that thing. And let me tell you I hate freezing. I HATED Everest so much. Like wtf. Why would you do that, what is wrong with these people etc etc. Especially reading about the real life events afterwards. Just horrible. And to know that last phone conversation that guy freezing to death had with his pregnant wife was real - SCREAMING.

I know it's extreme stuff but I think it's beautiful at the same time. It's nothing wrong with them, it's them fulfilling their dreams. Of course it's sad when things go bad, but things can go bad anywhere. People die driving F1, skydiving, doing stunts, playing soccer sick, etc. These people are fascinating to me.

What about the people who say they’d love to get out in a rocket and shot up towards Mars even if they knew 100% they would die before ever reaching their destination.

If that makes them happy and they think it's worth it, who are we to say it's wrong?

Dying freezing to death on a mountain far away from your pregnant wife is not what i consider beautiful though, and i forgot to add in my previous post that it was all because they made unreasonable choices. I don't think i could handle that if it happened to me. Just horrible.

Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missourri. I really loved it. The only thing i didn't like was that Peter Dinklage's character was made fun of because he is a "midget" - i think it is way more weird for a man in his fifties dating a 19 year old girl than someone dating a little person and i feel like that that fact by itself should not have made the situation uncomfortable. Anyway great movie still. Oscars well deserved.

I didn't mean to say that in a bad way. I think that when you climb Everest you must count on dying more than a bit. And i do think with responsible decisions most of the tragedy could have been avoided and that is why it makes me sad/angry. I personally would never put my own dreams in front of my family, at least not to that extent but we're all different, i was just explaining how it made me feel

But of course it's sad and heartbreaking. The least you can say.
