The girl who played with fire.
I watched a few days ago the first movie of the Millenium trilogy and I must say even though I really enjoyed the first one, this left me being bored, I caught myself looking at memes on my phone but I never do that.
Anyway I am curious about the third one.

The Spy Who Dumped Me ... now that was funny at times, and then surprisingly brutal ... and it had Gillian Anderson

Anyway I am curious about the third one. I didn’t realize there was a second film.... Then I used google and realized that there are Swedish movies. There was the US film that was made “The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo” and I’m familiar with the books and to my knowledge there were 3 books (I guess there’s two more now). I didn’t think more movies had been made - but um... I guess you learn something new every day. Have you see the American film? How does it compare to Swedish version?

I think there are like three movies already, and this is the fourth. Not sure though. Just have a vague memory of one scene when Lisbet is in some cute house on some island next to the sea hacking a computer 😌

IMO the Swedish version is better, 'cause Noomi Rapace kicks major ass alone (as much as I like Rooney Mara). Although the US version is closer to the books, I recommend the extended versions of the Swedish movies. The biggest problem with the Swedish movies is, that they got a different director for the 2nd and the 3rd movie. The director of the 1st movie knew what to do for a run in cinemas, the 2nd and the 3rd movies are obviously TV productions, not bad, but different.

I watched the original Swedish one. I am not a big fan of US remakes in general because most of the times its unecessarry. They tend to fuck up good Spanish and Asian movies. + Noomi Rapace is hot. I did not have time for the 3rd one yet but I hope for today I can manage.

Oh, I did know that. That explains. I also really liked the strange chemistry between Lisbeth and Mikeal?(not sure about the name) and it's not there in the second movie as they do not share any scenes until the last 5-10 minutea but of course it has nothing to do with the director but the plot

Incredibles 2 Whoever designed Voyd has to be a Kristen Stewart fan. Too bad they didn't get her to voice her.

Kings Why's it got so bad reviews? Well, it's not a good movie, the actors in it deserved a better screenplay. Now I do realize it's not so much about Rodney King's story, but about the struggle of a black family during that time period, but still the potential that it could have is wasted. Unfortunately.

Ahh, damnit. I loved 12 Years a Slave so much. It broke my heart and I still remember every second of it years and years later. Now that's an impression I want a movie to make on me. That's what makes a movie fantastic, in my opinion
