Can you add my ticket to the thread? I definitely wonāt be able to attend due to childcare now. Hoping I can get a ticket to London once Iāve sold it.
Warsaw Early Entry GA. Face value - have the ticket already so can send immediately (or you can collect in Bristol or at the Cardiff date).

So I called Ticketmaster Denmark (ONLY Danish language btw) and they said the shipping of tickets option is for people who don't have a printer or an email adress, and that I shouldn't have picked that option if I had a way to print my own tickets. They can't send me new real tickets and they can't refund me. Yeah, cause you made it clear you would print me the e-ticket yourself and send it to me if I couldn't print it myself. It's not an e ticket, it's a actual ticket. It's not an actual ticket. It's a barcode on a piece of paper. Yes, it's a bar code on a piece of paper. OK, so then make it clearer on your website because as it is now one of your customers doesn't think that was clear. And one complaint is one too many. OK, I will make sure to tell the web department. Yeah good I've my eye on you  No I didn't say that but I have and I doubt they care to do anything about this. Ticketmaster Norway didn't pick up the phone after 20 mins of wait, I had work to do so had to hang up. But I'll call again, don't care that it'll cost me more than whatever the fuck I paid for shipping of e-tickets  So in conclusion, don't choose the shipping ticket option and waste your money if you order from any of the Scandinavian Ticketmasters. |

Also, Jeff looked wrong and the Danish postage was 5 euros so it wasn't much as the Norwegian one so good for us, but that's not the point here anyway. This is what it says on their website as of right now. And like we all know a ticket sent to our house by mail will be a real hard ticket and not a paper ticket. Anyway, new times I assume. Why don't they just app it all instead of confusing people. Plus I'm sure it's a small sum for one person but add a bunch of us and different gigs and they've robbed us on millions in no time  |

You didn't do anything wrong or waste my time. It's was probably them extra fees and shit they add at the end of the payment anyway I'm confused with them all the time too  Yah, I hope they fix things for us for Norway but I wouldn't count on it. I'm just interested to hear how they are thinking about this and what arguments they have for this. |
