I still get kinda irritated about this one-
When I was 7th grade, so probably lemme think, Like 12-13 years old. I was hanging out with my friend Tristan after school.
This is kinda nerdy but we used to go to the library after school because they had computers with internet - like - the internet wasnt as hip as it is now.
We'd go there and build shitty music websites, or just weird
goofy stuff - we'd make websites of whatever. We even had a website for our wrestling federation (I dont know why Im sharing all these dumb details).
sometimes we'd get bored with the computers and skateboard out front. they had a covered cement area where we would attempt lame tricks.
We spent way tooo much time at the library - like almost every day. 😬😬😬
Anyway it was after school and we're at the library. And all the sudden Tristans like "hey lets go back to my place."
so we start to head out the front door.
All the sudden Tristans like "Uhhhhh. Hold on. I forgot something - I'll be right back out"
So I continue out the door, and all the sudden these three kids that were way older than me threw me up against the wall. Punched me in the gut and ripped my shirt. They told me "If you ever fuck with my little brother again, you're dead"
i had no idea who they were, or who their brother was.
Turns out, they were the older brothers of some kid that Tristan had been mean to the day before. The kid told his brother. And then the brother and the friends came there to beat Tristan up.
Tristan had caught a glimpse of them outside and thats why he ran back inside and left out the back door.
Me and Tristan are still friends to this day, 20+ years later, but I still dont really like that he pulled that shit. For one, like, if he knew they were there, and was sneaking out the back he should have told me to come along.
Not just leave me to catch the shit he caused.
and number 2 - he shouldnt be fucking with other kids anyway.
The whole thing was messed up, and I was totally innocent.
