Oh no that sucks! Are you sure it's not some chronic/autoimmune thing? Like celiac disease for example? I hope you get well soon. I honestly have no idea what it is, but it came all of a sudden. I have to go back to see my doctor, but she never works lol. Thanks Di ❤️ I second what Diana said! You should definitely get tested for Celiac and/or similar. Soooo many people have it now and once you figure it out, it’s pretty easy to manage. But whatever it is, I hope you feel better soon! Being sick like that is the worse.

Celiac inheritance multifactorial, meaning you don't necessary see a particular inheritance pattern in the family. Also, some people have celiac and don't know they have it. Try not eating gluten for a couple weeks and see if you feel better. And I mean absolutely noooo gluten, not even crumbs. Also, go see the doctor. You can talk to her about an upper endoscopy or run some tests to see if you have a bug. Few things. How old are you? How long has this been going on for? Any other symptoms (fever, diarrhea, constipation, heartburn, trouble swallowing, etc etc?), any particular foods? Do you take NSAIDs?

I'll just PM you, so I don't spam too much.

I need to get healthy (I don't know how) and I want to travel a lot (but I need to not be broke first). I also want to stress less about uni, but that's basically impossible.😐 How long till you’re done with uni? I graduated in November and I know how stressful it can be. I wanted to give up so many times... ☹️But I kept going and now that it’s done I feel so much better! Don’t give up❤️

So 2-3 years, depends if I take a gap year...🙂

My life goal is to be happy. Iv been to deep dark places previously in my life and it’s not something I ever want to experience ever again. My life is extremely simple and that’s what currently works for me, I have a lot of peers that like question me and try to judge my choices, but iv learnt not to give a rats ass about what they think. My life is absolutely nobody’s business but my own, I choose what I do, how I feel and the choices I make. Never been a big traveller but if I found myself rich as fuck one day that’s all I would do is just travel everywhere I could and never work a day in my life again haha. As long as my cat is still living I will stick at home with my 9-5 job

-Professional- -5 year goals- Move out of the Bridal/Beauty space and back into working towards the film/tv/music space with some spfx and maybe fashion work here and there. I miss working in an environment that sets my soul on fire.
-Long-term professional goals- To have shown my daughters that they can have their cake and eat it too, IF they’re willing to work their asses off. To have made a difference in my industry by hopefully leaving my mark by making the space kinder, less judgmental, and more fun. Winning a few awards would be pretty awesome as well, not gonna lie.
-Personal- To have fewer days that I want to slap my husband’s whole face😂. Master holding space for myself and how to have a discussion/disagreement without throwing all of my emotions into the mix and fighting dirty. Practicing all the tools from therapy automatically, hopefully sooner rather than later.
Raise strong, empathetic, independent, and confident women who know that speaking their minds is their right, but who can also throw a mean right hook if ever necessary. That my girls know they can be whoever and whatever they want and that they can always come to me with any situation and know I’ll have their backs, even if our perspectives may clash. (They’re 2 & 4 but gottta think ahead, right?)
-More practical stuff- -Pay off debt! -Continue on the journey towards health, fitness, and self love. -Immerse our little family into new cultures, often. -Love more, judge less.. -Continue on the journey of breaking cycles of unhealthy living patterns. -Have a healthy relationship with food. -Regulate my emotions, thoughts, and responses without blaming exterior situations for my actions. -Do something that scares me every week. -Buy that motorcycle! -Be really good at holding space for others. -Never play by the rules again. -Sing again, somewhere other than my car. -Write again. -Put my musical stuff to use... be vulnerable. -Do things that I’m not naturally the best at!. -Admit when I need help. -Get back to the PNW.

Currently, I'm working on my first book and I'm realizing that writing is my world and I'm starting to process that to be a writer could become my job.
My goals in life, in general, are: - To be finally a man. - Don't be scared to love someone. - To believe in myself. - To be a dad. - To adopt two or maybe three kids. - Tell the people I care about that I love them. - Forgetting my past and all the bad things and all the violence suffered (from a person of my family). - Finding friends. - Don't be scared to talk to the people or tell my feelings. - Get the people smile.

purple18 Right now, I have some nasty gut bacteria. I almost throw up after every meal, no matter what I eat, and also my stomach is all fcked. I got antibiotics, it helped for 3 days, now it's the same. I wanted to start working out, but I obviously can't if I feel half dead lol. It's been like that for a month now. Sorry you're going through this, I've been in a similar situation too, so I completely know what it's like to have a fcked stomach, no energy etc. Hope you have a good doctor and you can get this sorted asap <3 And try to somehow get enough energy from food, if you loose too much weight that can create all kinds of other issues. Hugs!

Wish you all the best Yeah it is I have great people and friends to be around, it's just my life situation dealing with chronic illness' that gets in the way from being around people as much as I'd like. And since it's been going on for a long time the feelings of loneliness can feel extra strong. I'm a very social person and I dream of moving abroad for some adventure and/or just living in a shared flat etc. I long to completely immerse myself in social life and happenings Those are some of my more concrete goals! Thanks for the well wishes and I wish you all the same. You've mentioned very important goals too and I'm sure you'll get there
