Still having to decide whether or not I want to continue treatment, and rethink my motivation of giving it a 100%, because I still struggle with my motivation, and question myself if I truly am ready for being fully dedicated to recovery. However, we came to an agreement that might work out, and that is to continue outpatient day treatment only a couple a days a week, instead of full days from Monday - Friday. But it all depends on the weigh in on Monday, and a new meeting on Tuesday. I struggle with excruciating back pain due to a disc hernia in my lower back from a few years ago, and that makes it hard for me to sit down for longer periods of time, and I also am sleep deprived because of this.. and that makes it even harder to stick to my meal plan, and participate in group therapy. |
