I confess that right now I feel a lot of emotion. I've called a new psychologist for an appointment yesterday. I've the appointment this monday at 5:00 pm. About that I'm happy cause I've finally a new therapist but, in the same time I'm scared, nervous and ansiux because have this new therapist means restart from the beginning, and I'm scared about that. I'm so confused 😕 How did it go? ❤️ |

I confess I need to start working out. I felt completely dead after swimming back and forth four times!!! Before I could do it for an hour and not feel shit 😫🤣😌😭
