Bleergh. Idk what to feel or think. Disappointment, or acceptance. Kind of somewhere in between I guess.
So. Attempt number one to land a deal with the bank failed, no loan or mortgage to finance this..yet. 💔
I hate this "grown up" shit, but I can't give up yet. I won't be able to forgive myself if I do. I finally spot a long anticipated opportunity I've been waiting for, for several years, and that happened to occur in the midst of a global financial crisis. Maybe it wasn't meant to be. But I know I will never be happy where I am now, if I won't at least, try my best to make this happen. I am OK with applications being declined, at least then I know I've tried.

Ok so this whole situation took a complete positive turn after I got an email yesterday from the bank/finance counselor, saying she was about to finish the application yesterday to approve a formal finance evidence towards the loan I need to buy an apartment, but unfortunately she got occupied with something urgent,so she couldn't get it done, and she had the day off today as she's not working full time, but she will call me back after the weekend (she used to be a co-worker with my dad for 20+ years back in the day). I genuinely feel, if I interpreted the email correctly; it means this will finally work out this time. It's too early to pop the bubbly water yet, but soon. 😭😭
I honestly cannot dare to believe this to most probably become real. 😭😭😭😭🎉 I still feel that I need to be cautious and careful, just incase I end up disappointed.
But by the looks of it, it's looking bright! 😭😁😭😁😭😁😭🎉
