I read something not too long ago....
I don't remember where, or what all it said exactly....
but it said something long the lines of "don't believe your feelings 100% of the time"
or whatever.
I appreciate that.
I feel certain ways a lot of the times and I know I shouldn't.
I know a lot of what I think of feel inside is irrational.....
and I can tell myself with my brain that "you're wrong".
Even if what you feel inside is correct to you at that moment and is therefore truth, it can still be wrong.
But sometimes its hard to convince yourself of that.
Anyway. my point is I dig reading stuff like that.
It's good to remember.
And I DO try to keep a positive attitude.
But at times I feel like I'd totally be ok being blasted off to outer space. 🤷🏻♀️
