It wasn't everyone, it was me. And it wasn't my theory, it was something other artist's did that I thought I could share just because at that point, it was a possibility that it was like that. However, I think the reason they keep adding more US / Canada dates is because she's currently touring there = easier to do promo and sell more. But again, as always, I am no expert in any of this and everything that comes out of my mouth is my silly little brain thinking. oookay no need to go all defensive? I've heard it from multiple people anyway and some even made kind of a reproach to say i am/we are not patient enough. Which was bullshit already back then and now it is proven to be bullshit. Allow me to be frustrated because so far we are not getting the treatment we did before/we deserve. May i just say America didn't give a shit about her until TTAL tour and nowadays they get more dates than Europe or even Australia which used to be her kingdom. We all can and do say things that we think, no? I don't think I was defensive at all. I just wanted to point it out that I said it and yeah I also said the thing about patience. I don't blame you for being pissed. And please talk and say anything that's on your mind. I won't call you out on it. If I was Pink's management/tour manager I'd have thought this through twice before releasing more US dates. But yeah, the reason for that is most likely easier promo while she's still there. I still don't think Europe 2018 is impossible, but it looks more like it'll be summer 2019. |

Fuuuuuuck P!nk please don't tour UK in late October... or late January/early February... it will be just my luck that she will tour here when I am holiday lol. But yay for more dates!! Fingers and toes crossed for Europe Summer 2019 (Hey maybe she can finally do that tour with Bon Jovi that I've always dreamed about, i hear they'll be over in Europe next summer too  ) |

I still don't think Europe 2018 is impossible, but it looks more like it'll be summer 2019. well i definitely don't keep a tab of who said what (at least not in this case), i just remember that some people did, so it wasn't a hidden personal atttack against you. it's just very dissapointing that she is kind of a puppet of her management and i kinda get the feeling she doesn't really care so much where she goes and when, she probably doesn't even remember that she said she'd tour Europe soon. and i say this without any malice. she just has her priorities shifted which happens to everyone. i kinda already let go of this tour for myself. sooo there better be a DVD (not edited horribly like the last one)... |

I don't think we know how much work there is behind planning a world tour (yes, they are calling it that and that is probably what is going to happen, so Europe will happen. She said this). However, we can be sad, annoyed, mad, not patient, etc which is a normal reaction to something we're longing for that seems out of reach. But we will get ours eventually. There are more US dates because she's in US atm. It makes perfect sense to release more now. It would have been smoother to hint about Europe happening next year or similar first, but that's just my opinion. There will be European dates released, hopefully when she's in Europe. And of course she cares. She'd give us the world if she could. It's just that there's a certain way to work with marketing/promo that sometimes you really can't say anything until when it's time. And this isn't about Pink, it's about how this business works.

It's sad but I don't think she doesn't care. The logistics surrounding an EU leg right now are probably just a little unsure, so it'll probably be postponed to Summer '19. Anyway, and I guess I am very alone in this, I can wait. I am more of an album guy and am very pleased with BT. So, basically, I am in no hurry. I just know there will be an EU leg so I am not pissed. They just need to figure things out first. Also, there's lots of money to be had here. She won't say no and skip it.
However, I WILL BE PISSED when they charge ridiculous prices for a ticket. Then I honestly rather just wait for the DVD/Bluray to watch the concert.

Maybe she announced it now so that she could confirm and assure the fans that were due to go to her cancelled shows that they were definitely being rescheduled ?? She has a lot of new fans in America since TTAL and the marketing seems to be oriented toward them.
Obviously, she can't fill arenas with only crazy fans like us!!
I'm torn between being happy because she is so big right now in North America and being sad because, as a long-term fan, I feel a little bit forgotten. The pit is so small. The tickets are so expensive and it is difficult to score good seats.
I wish they were more GA standing tix and prefer waiting in lines for hours to have a good spot. Now, we need to pay a lot of money for that. I prefer to be surrounded by real fans, not rich persons haha.
I hope she will announce Europeans dates soon! And I wish you a BTtour 2.0

Came in from work to the email “new tour dates announced” . Oh the excitement I felt, as I eagerly opened the email. Surely this must be the European dates!!! i felt sure the months of waiting for this announcement had finally come to an end. Nooooooooo only More U.S dates. The wait goes on........
