My friend called me at work yesterday. Back in the hospital...I swear he is going to kill himself with his reckless behavior.

Feels like i broke a rib.. Breathing hurts damn much Ouch, what did you do? Ribs fucking hurt. I think you'd notice if it broke? When I was giving birth I shouted out loud that my ribs will break lmao it hurt like nothing else has done in my whole life, not even the pain I felt when she was coming out (and I didn't even have any pain relief then).

Later i had a scan for something else and doc said "did you broke a rib some time ago? " uhhhh 😅

15 year old black girl killed by police after calling the police. She had a knife on her because she was being attacked outside of her home. Police arrive and shoot the girl four times in the chest, killing her. Again, she is the one to call the police, And the officer who shot her, never even told her to drop the knife.
This happened in Columbus just as the Chauvin verdict was being read.
😭💔

Even during pregnancy she kicked my ribs a lot I was worried she’d break them lol. Elbowing? What? Who? I’m not following. Oh the things I had to do to avoid complications there was a doctor there ready to cut me open seriously I went through everything a person can possible go through giving birth I mean I’ll for sure do it again but daaaamn. I’m happy my attitude was the way it was... 🥳

I’m happy my attitude was the way it was... 🥳 in the last few minutes a doctor was standing behind me and he was pushing his elbow into my belly to make the baby pass through the birth canal quicker. it's actually something that they used to regularly do but it is very uncomfortable and kind of dangerous, it can hurt the mother or the baby so they don't do it so often anymore. haha i had the same. at one point my doctor said "the surgergy room will be ready in 20 minutes and i will do a Cesarean then" because the baby's heartbeat was getting irregular and i said "no fucking way in hell" and they actually already wheeled in the bed i was supposed to get on to go to surgery but then my doctor saw that the baby was already in the birth canal and they couldn't do it anymore. so it needed to be super fast from that point, hence the elbowing. but we did it! and i also say i would do it again 100%. i never felt as tired as i did after that, but it was all worth it

Did they tell you why the heartbeat was irregular? I came in after 2 days of contractions (3 within 10 mins, regularly for 2 hours) and was open 1 cm are you fking kidding me 😅 And no water either. But they noticed quickly that her heartbeat was irregular too. And they said they thought it was cause she had the cord around her neck and/or body. So they let me stay for observation (thank god cause then I could get morphine and super hot baths haha). However the contradictions continued and were more intense and her heartbeat decreased with every. Thank god I felt like I was in good hands. And then they noticed she was turned wrong, with her head down but faced the wrong way, so I had to change positions 15622 times while dying through the contradictions lol. So they did an ultra sound to double check she was right turned eventually. And she was. But then they had to check how she was doing and if she had any energy left, so they took a test from her head (🤯) but she was doing just fine. However I didn’t open much after many hours so they stopped the pain relief and broke the water and tripled the oxytocin So at the end I opened like 4 cm in one hour and bam she was coming out in no time after a few pushes that felt endless lol. Head and arm before shoulders She was blue and had the cord around her neck poor thing (apparently very common). Claes thought she was dead😩 And my first words were “can she start crying pls” and she did 💖That relief😩🙏Apprently the baby is out a while minute before they put them on our chests (for observation, like they have one minute to start breathing by themselves before they have to help). What. It felt like 5 seconds, 5 looong seconds lol.

2007 or 2008 somewhere around then, I was in LA. Rehab was doing a Showcase show at The Viper Room, It was right before they got signed by Universal.
The show was a big deal.....
But after sound check, and before the doors, me and Danny just went cruising up and down Sunset BLVD. There was a pizza place across the street and up the road.
We went inside and ordered some slices. And all the sudden while looking around, notice a Shock G graffiti tag on the wall.
Got way too excited about that, Like “oh shit, SHOCK G hangs out here”...
That was a big deal, And somehow stands out to me more than the show itself. That we had the same pizza as Shock G
Rest In Peace, Shock G.
