Maybe I've been watching too much reality TV and I want to subconsciously stir up some drama but it really is not my intention.  I've just been wondering about his presence or lack thereof. She didn't thank him during the iHeart acceptance speech, didn't mention him in an IG post about the award and I don't think I've seen him on any of her social media in ages. I don't want to assume anything and maybe I've missed the memo but ... ... are they still together? |

I get the feeling that something is wrong too. Has he been seen/mentioned at all during this promo/release time? I wouldnt be surprised if she would announce that they are no longer together. Maybe they are taking a break from each other or something like that. I guess we will see... Maybe i should have watched her acceptance speech first, she mentioned him there  |

I’ve said this for months… He didn’t ONCE post about the album release, they don’t seem to be together as much it just seems bizarre I don’t think they are happy anymore!

I totally agree with you and actually mentioned it in a comment on here a while back. No congrats on the album and now the same with the icon award. She did mention him in her speech but all she said was “thank you to Carey Hart, my muse” or something like that. A muse is just a source of inspiration for an artist, so I thought that was an interesting choice of words. I’ve always kinda thought he was a tool (so what?!) but I obviously just want her to be happy, whether that’s with or without him.

Maybe he’s just taking her for granted a little too much that he doesn’t publicly show any appreciation or whatsoever (about the album). It doesn’t have to be “worse” than that.

Guys, I've been suspecting this for months.
Her exact words during the speech re Carey were "...If he loved me perfectly, I'd have nothing to say." That was a little more pointed than usual.
And during the ET interview at the tennis event she said "Carey's a support system? Wha? Carey doesn't even know where I am right now. He's on a boat. That's how we stay married... He is pretty. I told him he's still got that going for him."
Yeh, she's always taking shots at him and it's in jest but behind every joke is a kernel of truth, as the saying goes.

I noticed his absent too, but I don't like to speculate. We can't know anything for sure.

I think we all want to see them happy together but let’s Remember they are the most down to earth celebs I know of. They can’t fake it, so they may be having some issues or it could just be him trying to get all his businesses in order before the tour starts. Let’s not speculate. |

the one interview I found slightly odd was with fleur when she said sometimes he's a dad and only that, it was either just a dad or just a friend, but implying they are together purely for that... I am the worst for overlooking into things

I think a relationship of 20 years is bound to hit some low points but at the same time i don’t see why they would choose to separate at this point. Yeah sometimes they might feel like the other is just a friend or another parent but that is what a long-term relationship is i guess? I think she wouldn’t be joking about it so easily if there was anything serious. Also she did say Carey was a rock and her the water around it and generally just some very nice things acknowledging him in one of the promo interviews, i can’t remember which one but probably even more than one. I dunno i feel like she’s always been quite open about their relationship and that it is kinda normal, again, after 20 years if someone says they are madly and perfectly in love with each other, that is either exceptional or a lie. I think a marriage is a good one even if people have problems but they are willing to work on it un some way.
Well we dont know anything for sure but i just want her and the kids to be happy ❤️ so i hope i’m right

Hard to explain, but I feel she is more liberated recently. All videos related to tennis are an example. I know she used to do funny things before, but there’s a little something like "I’m living my best life".
Don't know if it has something to do with Carey’s "absence".
